Appointments are not required, but scheduled pick ups do take priority. If you are unable to pick up during the posted times, please contact Auction Alley in advance, at (316) 227-9798 to make other arrangements.

Settlement: All invoices must be paid in full before items can be released.
All winning items must be picked up during the scheduled removal dates. If items are not picked up, and we have not heard from you within 5 days after pick up ends, the items may be forfeited without refund.
Late Pickup Requests: If you require a late pickup, you must call or text Auction Alley at (316) 227-9798 with your Name and Bidder Number before the end of the last pickup day.
Abandoned Property: Any items not picked up by the end of the last pickup day deadline, without a pre-arranged and approved late pickup, will be considered abandoned. Items are forfeited without refund and will be relisted. The bidder's account will be marked as a "No Show," which may affect future bidding privileges.
Auction Alley offers a guarantee on the functionality of items we list, unless the lot description specifically states "Sold As-Is."
This Guarantee Covers: Basic functionality only.
This Guarantee DOES NOT Cover: Color, size, completeness, missing hardware (nuts, bolts, washers), or the presence of an owner's manual.
If you receive an item that is damaged, non-functional, or missing key pieces not disclosed in the listing, you may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please call or text Auction Alley at (316) 227-9798, at least 48 hours prior to auction closing to schedule an inspection time.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Auction Alley. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Auction Alley auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:
- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.
- Items that are forfeited cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Auction Alley.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.
Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Auction Alley, contact us at auction.alley.ks@gmail.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Equip-Bid and Auction Alley’sliability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Shipping is available, but you MUST call or text Auction Alley at (316) 227-9798 within 48 hours of auction closing to receive a shipping quote. Shipping fees will be invoiced separately, and must be paid before item is shipped.
Payment is due by 9:00 am the following day after auction close, and your default card on file will be processed at that time. If your card is declined, it will not be reprocessed. Your invoice must be paid before you can pick up your winning item.
