Bidding Commitment:
Placing a bid is a commitment to purchase. By bidding, you agree that you are legally obligated to pay for and pick up your items on the designated pick-up day, or to make appropriate shipping arrangements.

We do not provide post-pickup communication. Any items left unclaimed after the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert to EM Auctions. No refunds will be issued.

Item Testing & Previews
We test items to the best of our ability and knowledge. However, we strongly recommend attending preview hours to assess full functionality and better understand the condition of each item.

Alternative Payment: If you prefer to pay another way, you must contact the Auction Manager at (913) 375-0407 before the auction closes.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does not offer scheduled inspection dates in-person. To preview an item, you can contact us through our Facebook page. We can provide you with a more detailed description, photo, or a video of the item.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with exact cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close. In the event an item is not available for pick-up, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. After 24 hours past pick-up, EM Auctions, Equip-Bid, and the Buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made.
Shipping: If shipping is required, we will use the UPS Shipping Calculator to determine shipping prices. You will also need to add a packaging and handling fee to the invoice price as follows: 10lbs or less = $12.00. 11lbs to 25lbs = $17.50. 26lbs to 50lbs = $23.00. 50lbs or more = call for a quote.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored 913 your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with EM Auctions, contact us at 316-375-0407. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: EM Auctions's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Shipping is not available for this auction. You may contact someone local to pick up item, and ship for you, however, at this time pick up during the scheduled load out times only. Please contact seller at phone number listed on auction if you have any questions.
