General Terms

  • Buyer’s Premium: 18%
  • No Reserve or Minimum Bid: All items start at $1.00
  • Placing a bid means you have read and agree to all descriptions, terms, and details.
  • All sales are final. No refunds, no returns. Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
  • Inspection Period - we are open for on site inspection Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm (or message seller for other possible inspection times)

Removal / Load-Out

  • We allow up to 10 days to pickup items (longer holds can be arranged if needed).  HOWEVER:  bidders MUST communicate with seller within 3 days to discuss how payments will be applied.
  • SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS **Please READ**
  • Monday Following Auction:  ONLY Bidders with TWO (2) or less items - first come, first serve (9am - 4pm)
  • Tuesday - Friday Following Auction - Pickup is by scheduled appointment ONLY. NO WALK INS
  •  To schdule appointment: 1) review your online invoice → 2) go to Manage Invoice (if looking on phone, may need to "slide screen left") → 3) set removal appointment.
  • Saturday and following week up to Wednesday - Call to setup a time 
  • No loadouts after day 10 past auction unless arragements are made.
  • Pickup extensions (past 10 days) are available, but must be communicated within 3 days of closing.
  • Please bring the correct trailer, vehicle, and equipment. 
  • Forklift assistance is provided as a courtesy. Buyer is responsible for securing loads.
  • Unsafe trailers may be refused.  Load team will NOT unload items and reload.
  • Large or specialty items may require special arrangements.

Payment

Invoices under $2,000: Credit card accepted (message Seller for assistance to process credit card).

Invoices over $2,000: Must be paid in FULL by cashier’s check, cash, or wire (see Payment Terms below for wire instructions).

Bidder MUST communicate with seller with 3 days on payment type preference

  • If no communication is made within 3 days, Seller may charge the payment method on file.

Sales Tax (Important)

All invoices will include sales tax at auction close.

After closing, bidder must message Seller and submit a valid sales tax exemption form to have invoices updated.

Even if we have your exemption form on file, it is the bidder’s responsibility to request exemption after each auction.

  • Abandoned Items:  Items not picked up or scheduled within 21 days are considered ABANDONED and NON-REFUNDABLE
  • In the event that a refund is offered, refund will only cover sale price + any sales taxes paid.  Under no circumstance will Buyer's Premium be refunded.
  • Items may be listed using stock photos from past auctions.  Bidder's acknowledge that items may have minor cosmetic damages, scraps or dings due to transportation & handling.  Blemishes, and minor damages are NOT REFUNDABLE.  Bidder is recommended to inspect prior to bidding or message our team to assist.
