By placing a bid, you are entering a legally binding agreement and agree to all terms below.

Key Points (Read First)

BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES & AGREES WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND BINDING
• 18% Buyer’s Premium added to all invoices
• Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS — no refunds or returns
• Seller offers up to 10 days to pickup, HOWEVER, Payment & pickup ARRANGMENTS must be made within 3 DAYS of auction close
• If you do not communicate within 3 days, we may charge the payment method on file
• Abandoned Items:  Items not picked up or scheduled within 21 days are considered ABANDONED and NON-REFUNDABLE
• In the event that a refund is offered, refund will only cover sale price + any sales taxes paid.  Under no circumstance will Buyer's Premium be refunded.
• Items may be listed using stock photos from past auctions.  Bidder's acknowledge that items may have minor cosmetic damages, scraps or dings due to transportation & handling.  Blemishes, and minor damages are NOT REFUNDABLE.  Bidder is recommended to inspect prior to bidding or message our team to assist.

• Descriptions are provided as a guide only, it is bidder's responsibililty to preview prior to bidding.
• Items are sold As Is, no refunds.
• While we strive for accuracy, minor errors do not void a sale.
• It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is strongly encouraged.

Payment Timing

• Payment arrangements MUST be scheduled within 3 days of auction close.
• Failure to communicate within 3 days authorizes the auction company to charge the payment method on file.

Invoices under $2,000:
Credit card accepted (message seller to process)

Invoices over $2,000:

• Cash
• Cashier’s check
• Wire transfer (message seller for instructions)

No personal checks accepted.

Dollar Bid operates as an independent affiliate of Equip-Bid Auctions, Inc. All items listed are sold on consignment through the Equip-Bid platform. Dollar Bid performs local operational services including lot processing, storage, and pickup coordination in Tennessee.  Owners, employees, or affiliates of Dollar Bid may participate as bidders in Equip-Bid auctions under the same terms and conditions as all other registered bidders.  By registering to bid, bidders acknowledge and accept this disclosure.
