Item Removal Schedule: • Sunday, April 12th: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM • Monday, April 13th: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Important Pickup Notice: We will begin pulling and organizing winning orders on Saturday evening, items will NOT be ready before Sunday pick up @ noon. Please do not arrive outside the scheduled hours (12pm to 5pm), as we cannot accommodate early pickups. If the posted pickup times do not work for your schedule, simply contact us in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange an alternate time!

Forfeiture Policy: All winning items must be picked up during the scheduled removal dates. Items not collected without communication within 7 days of pickup closing may be considered forfeited with no refund issued. We are always able to work with buyers on extended pickup—simply reach out!

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates, by appointment only.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged by 10am the day following the auction closing. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items can result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times please reach out by call, text or email. Failure to pick up or reach out after 7 days will forfeit your items without refund. (But ask before losing hope!)
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer).
Refunds: No refunds will be given, all items are sold AS-IS
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
