    Four Levels of Product Detail

    Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box.  We stand behind the listing as described.  Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage.  You may inspect/test before you leave. No refunds after leaving pick up location, contact manager right away.

    Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used.  They may or may not be in the original box.  They should work as expected.  If there is damage or functionality not listed/shown in the original listing, you can reach out within 48 hours for a return.

    Open Box:  Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning.  We try and test as many things as we can, but cannot always fully verify functionality. Open Box are sold as-is but if there are missing parts or damage undisclosed and limiting the functionality of the item, we will happily provide a return..  Text/email if you have questions.

    Damaged:  These items have known damage.  We will do our best to describe / picture the damage.  We don’t test for functionality.  These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used.  Could be scratch and dent or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours.  Generally, if we know something will not work due to the damage, we will not list it for sale without noting this.  Call if you have questions. Damaged items cannot be returned, sold as is.

  • If you absolutely cannot make the pickup window, we will hold items until the next scheduled pickup ONLY - and will charge a $10 holding fee (per invoice, not per item) when picked up.  Exact cash or credit on site!  YOU DO NOT need to reach out, we automatically hold items 1 week if paid.  If you do not pickup, the item is forefeit with no refund.
  • Any item that doesn't function as described or does not match what was listed, we will happily do a return if you reach out within 48 hours of pickup
  • We don't keep cash on hand, if you need to pay cash, bring exact change!

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Payment: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to each item on the invoice. The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.

Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of exact cash or card. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. All Items that are not picked up during pickup times are forfeit unless arrangments have been made in advance. No refunds or chargebacks for items not picked up after pickup times. No appointment necessary. Simply pick up your items during the designated pick-up times.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their order/invoice, that becomes the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage or missing items from that point forward.

Please come PREPARED to pick up your item(s). This means knowing your bidder ID, having a large enough vehicle / proper equipment, and parking with courtesy. Be cognizant of the size and/or quantity of items you are picking up and BRING A HELPER if you have accumulated multiple invoices or have a large/heavy item. If you do not come prepared and need assistance from our staff, you are charged an assistance fee. The assistance fee is as follows: 

Flat Rate: $20.00

If assistance from our staff is needed, we are not liable for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle used. No refunds will be given if an item(s) is damaged during an assisted load-out.

Acceptable methods of payment for your load out fee are EXACT cash (preferred), CashApp,

Venmo, or Credit Card.. 

Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s) to unsealeddeals@gmail.com If your request is approved, the item(s) must be returned WITHIN 2 business days (unless we have discussed otherwise) after the refund request was approved BEFORE a refund is issued.Otherwise, no refund will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied.   Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Effective immediately, Unsealed Deals will accept FULLY VERIFIED TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES. Tax Exempt customers will need to email all appropiate information and copy of Cert at unsealeddeals@gmail.com after end of auction. After acceptance of Cert. Customer will be refunded to the qualified exemption.

Liability: Unsealed Deal's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid
