Lots 1 and 2 are items that we have tagged for auction but either weren't sold OR were not picked up within 2 weeks by customers. There are hundreds of items in each pallet.
Lots 3-14 are straight from a truck and have not been altered since we received HOWEVER: we did unpalletize a large number of pallets from this auction and found that majority of items were either heavily used, damaged, OR missing parts. There is a chance some of the items are good, fully functional, out of the box items on each pallet, but there may also be majority or all items requiring repair, replacement parts, or sold for parts.
Lots 15 and 16: these are pallets of bulk QTY of items. Terrific for resale on Facebook, Ebay, etc. Like everything else on EquipBid (mostly), these are customer returns from a major retailer, there could be units that are broken or missing parts. We've sold many of the jumpstarters on Equipbid and elsewhere, and same with the telescopes. We just need the space and cannot sit on them any longer - your chance to do well!

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Payment: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to each item on the invoice. The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of exact cash or card. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. All Items that are not picked up during pickup times are forfeit unless arrangments have been made in advance. No refunds or chargebacks for items not picked up after pickup times. No appointment necessary. Simply pick up your items during the designated pick-up times.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their order/invoice, that becomes the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage or missing items from that point forward.
Please come PREPARED to pick up your item(s). This means knowing your bidder ID, having a large enough vehicle / proper equipment, and parking with courtesy. Be cognizant of the size and/or quantity of items you are picking up and BRING A HELPER if you have accumulated multiple invoices or have a large/heavy item. If you do not come prepared and need assistance from our staff, you are charged an assistance fee. The assistance fee is as follows:

If assistance from our staff is needed, we are not liable for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle used. No refunds will be given if an item(s) is damaged during an assisted load-out.

Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s) to unsealeddeals@gmail.com If your request is approved, the item(s) must be returned WITHIN 2 business days (unless we have discussed otherwise) after the refund request was approved BEFORE a refund is issued.Otherwise, no refund will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Effective immediately, Unsealed Deals will accept FULLY VERIFIED TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES. Tax Exempt customers will need to email all appropiate information and copy of Cert at unsealeddeals@gmail.com after end of auction. After acceptance of Cert. Customer will be refunded to the qualified exemption.
Liability: Unsealed Deal's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
