1. Any items not paid for by pickup time will automatically be charged to you card on file. All items must be picked up on the day of the auction load out unless you have contacted us and made arrangements to pick up at later date.
2. Use of stock photos does not apply a warranty or condition Please attend the preview to inspect the items you are bidding on.
3. All items not picked on pickup day are considered abandon. If those items are not removed 5 days, the items will be re-sold on the next available auction to cover storage relisting and reselling cost. Items are forfeited for storage fees. You agree to no-charge backs. No Refunds, No Returns.
5. If your card on file is declined, you will be banned from all auctions on this website if you don't settle your account by end of load out.
If not paid before scheduling a pickup, your card on file will be charge 1 hour before the first sheduling pickup.
