Important Pick-Up Policy
All items must be picked up by 5:00 PM following auction closing day (Last pickup day!) .
If you're unable to pick up during this timeframe, Please email us at Frankeshelp@gmail.com by 4:30 PM on the last pickup day.
We'll hold your invoice for pickup on a later date. You will have 7 business days to pickup your items. If items are not picked up there is a $25 storage fee for the remaining days needed for pickup. No items will be held if invoice is unpaid.
Items not picked up or scheduled for later pickup will be Forfeited with NO Refund
Storage fees: A $25 fee will be applied if no contact is made regarding pickup. After the first week, a $5 per business day storage fee will be charged until the item(s) are picked up. This is per auction. Cannot combined auctions for a lesser amount of storage fees.
Bidding fees: We have $1-$10 handling fees depending on the size of the item. (check Applicable Lot fees)
Loading fees: If you need help loading larger items we charge $25 for help loading. We are not responsible for any damages during loading. Please bring help.
