As-Is Condition

All products are sold in their current condition, without any warranties, guarantees, or returns.
Each item is sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.”

Condition Disclosure

Items may have defects, wear, or other imperfections.
We make every effort to disclose known issues, but cannot guarantee that all conditions or defects have been identified.
Please review all descriptions, photos, and listings carefully before bidding or purchase.

Final Sale

All sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for any reason.

Inspection

Buyers are encouraged to inspect items in person during designated preview times.
Bidding or purchase confirms that you are satisfied with the item’s condition and agree to all stated terms.

Loading & Handling Policy

• All materials are loaded using a forklift.

• If your trailer has permanent side rails or a configuration that prevents safe loading, we may be unable to assist with loading your items.

• We reserve the right to refuse loading if it cannot be done safely or without damage to the product, equipment, or property.

• This policy is enforced for safety reasons and to prevent product damage.

• No exceptions.

Grit Auctions is not responsible for any damage that occurs during loading, transport, or after pickup.
Please ensure you bring a suitable trailer or vehicle capable of safely hauling the items you’ve purchased.

!!BRING HELP FOR LOADING HEAVY ITEMS!!  It is NOT our responsibility to load your vehicle.

Important Pick-Up Policy 

All items must be picked up by 5:00 PM following auction closing day (Last pickup day!) .

If you're unable to pick up during this timeframe, Please email us at Frankeshelp@gmail.com by 4:30 PM on the last pickup day.

We'll hold your invoice for pickup on a later date. You will have 7 business days to pickup your items. If items are not picked up there is a $25 storage fee for the remaining days needed for pickup. No items will be held if invoice is unpaid.

    Items not picked up or scheduled for later pickup will be Forfeited with NO Refund 

    Storage fees: A $25 fee will be applied if no contact is made regarding pickup. After the first week, a $5 per business day storage fee will be charged until the item(s) are picked up. This is per auction. Cannot combined auctions for a lesser amount of storage fees.

    Bidding fees: We have $1-$10 handling fees depending on the size of the item. (check Applicable Lot fees)    

    Loading fees: If you need help loading larger items we charge $25 for help loading. We are not responsible for any damages during loading. Please bring help.

• Item remains in original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
• No signs of use or tampering.
• Contents have not been inspected or tested.

Appears New

• No visible damage observed during inspection.
• Packaging may be opened, distressed, or slightly worn.
• Item appears new or lightly handled, small scratches or dents may exist
• No guarantee of prior use history.
• Functionality testing may not be performed unless stated in listing.

Open Box

• Packaging has been opened.
• Signs of handling or light use may be present.
• Scratches, dents, scuffs, or wear may exist.
• Major components are typically included unless otherwise noted.
• Minor hardware, accessories, manuals, or packaging materials may be missing.
• No guarantee of functionality unless specifically stated in the listing.

Damaged

• Visible defects, structural damage, or missing components.
• May be non-functional, incomplete, or require repair.
• May be suitable for parts only.
• Sold exactly as pictured.

Important Auction Terms

• All merchandise is sold AS-IS.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges permitted.
• Inventory consists of NEW, USED, and RETURNED goods.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting items during designated inspection times.
• We strongly encourage in-person inspection before bidding.
• Franke’s Enterprise LLC is not responsible for loading items into customer vehicles. Please bring proper help and equipment.
