All Items sold as is where is.
All invoices will be processed immediately after auction closes.
All items must be picked up on a scheduled load out day. If you do not make load out day or cant please don't bid, we do not have space to store items.
If you miss load out there will be a $20 cash fee at time of pickup.
Bidding is on intent to purchase. You are legally bound to pay for items you've won and pick up items on Pickup Day.
Our Best efforts are put forth to describe and represent items accurately however no assumptions should be made about the details and condition of the item. Please ask questions.

AFTER THE ENTIRE AUCTION HAS ENDED, YOU WILL NEED TO SCHEDULE A REMOVAL APPOINTMENT!

AN INVOICE WILL BE GENERATED IN YOUR DASHBOARD LIST. (IT WILL SAY YOU HAVE 1 OPEN INVOICE)
1. Click on "Invoice Tab".
2. Find current auction in list and click on "Manage Invoice" to right of that line.
3. Once in Manage Invoice, you can "Pay your Invoice" or "Make Removal Appointment".
4. Click on "Schedule a Time" and find an open spot in the list.
5. PLEASE SHOW UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME!

If you are unable to pick up by the last day listed, please text (preferred) or e-mail BEFORE WE CLOSE ON Saturday at 1:00 pm, including your bidder ID, all items will now be held automatically for one extra week for a $5 per invoice late fee. After 1 week, all items will be forfeit unless bidder requests an additional one week hold for an additional $5 per invoice late fee, otherwise all items not picked up will be FORFEITED with NO REFUND given.
