Pick up:
If unable to pick up items within pickup Days listed, Do Not Bid.
By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and agree to remove them from the auction location.
If no contact is made by the buyer within the auctions original pickup times, items will be considered abondoned property and forfeited without refund.
Refunds:
Inspections are available by appointment prior to auction closing, and reccommend looking at the items before removal. Items are sold AS-IS with no refunds.
IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP, within removal scheduled times, items will be forfeited with NO REFUND.
