*GENERAL TERMS*
Buyer's Premium: 18% - No reserve, no minimum bid - All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied - All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
*INSPECTION DATES*
Friday, October 23: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday, October 24: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

*PICKUP / LOAD-OUT*
Pickup starts the first business day after the auction closes.
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Pickup is by appointment only. No walk-ins.
To book: open your invoice in your dashboard, click "Manage Invoice," and pick a time. (On a phone, you may need to scroll right to see the button.)
*LOAD-OUT RULES*
All items must be removed within 10 business days of closing unless approved in advance - Extension requests must be made within 3 days of closing - Missing your appointment without notice may result in a $50 loading fee - Forklift assistance is a courtesy. Buyers are responsible for securing their own loads. - Bring a safe trailer, straps, and tie-downs. Unsafe trailers may be refused. - Desert Iron is not responsible for damage during loading.
*PAYMENT*
All invoices must be paid in full before pickup.
Under $2,000: credit or debit card - Over $2,000: cashier's check, cash, or wire transfer only - No personal or business checks.
Contact us within 3 days of closing to arrange payment, or the card on file may be charged.

*SALES TAX*
Arizona sales tax applies to all invoices. To request an exemption, email your valid certificate after the auction closes, with your last name and bidder number. A new certificate is needed for each auction.
*SHIPPING*
Shipping is available! Call or email us for a quote: 520-917-0444 | DesertIronAuction@gmail.com Invoices must be paid in full before items ship. Buyers may also arrange their own freight.
*BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES*
Descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors. Inspect before bidding. - Sending someone else to pick up? They need a copy of your paid invoice and your bidder info. - Once the auction closes, loss or damage is the buyer's responsibility.
*FEES*
Some items are in box and/or not assembled. In addition to item price, we charge a flat assembly fee of $300 if you would like it assembled.
