Auction Alley offers a guarantee on the functionality of items we list, unless the lot description specifically states "Sold As-Is” or “Damaged” .If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. To request a refund, you must call/text/email us within 48 hours from the time you picked up your item. Refund requests must be submitted by calling or texting (316) 227-9798, or by email to auction.alley.ks@gmail.com. Your request must include your bidder number, the specific lot number you are requesting a refund for, and a detailed description of the issue.
