Auction pickup is Friday, August 21, 2026, 4:00PM to 6:00PM. This is an Estate Auction and is a 1 DAY ONLY PICKUP as we have to vacate the premises at the end of the day! If you cannot pickup during scheduled pickup time and prior arrangements have not been made, please DO NOT BID. All items NOT picked up on pickup day WILL BE FORFEITED. NO refunds will be given.
All items are being sold in an AS IS WHERE IS CONDITION and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!! The descriptions of the items listed are based on our research and it is your responsibility to schedule an appointment for preview to do your own research. Inspection preview is by appointment only (Call Lisa at 316-806-2080) for an inspection appointment.
We will have your smaller items pulled but it will be your responsibility to remove any heavier or larger items from their location. Some items listed are very heavy and it is your responsibility to bring help to remove these items.

AFTER THE ENTIRE AUCTION HAS ENDED, YOU WILL NEED TO SCHEDULE A REMOVAL APPOINTMENT!
**DO NOT CALL AUCTION MANAGER FOR AN APPOINTMENT TIME. ALL TIMES MUST BE SCHEDULED ONLINE**
AN INVOICE WILL BE GENERATED IN YOUR DASHBOARD LIST. (IT WILL SAY YOU HAVE 1 OPEN INVOICE)
1. Click on "Invoice Tab".
2. Find current auction in list and click on "Manage Invoice" to right of that line.
3. Once in Manage Invoice, you can "Pay your Invoice" or "Make Removal Appointment".
4. Click on "Schedule a Time" and find an open spot in the list.
5. PLEASE SHOW UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME!
