By placing a bid, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms and conditions.
Inspection — All items are available during the posted preview period. Inspect before you bid. Listings are written to the best of our ability, but errors can happen. Ask questions before the auction closes. Do not rely solely on descriptions or photos. If you cannot attend the inspection period, please watch the YouTube walkthrough video we provide.
All Sales Are Final — Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Some items may be missing parts, pieces, hardware, manuals, accessories, or original packaging. Items listed as unused may appear new, but are labeled that way because they may be incomplete, missing parts, or have not been tested or verified as complete. All sales are final.
Payment — Invoices must be paid within 2 business days of auction closing. Credit card payments are limited to a maximum of $2,000 per invoice. Invoices over $2,000 must be paid by cash, cashiers check, wire transfer, or bank transfer. Contact JM Bidworks to request wire or bank transfer instructions. A $13 fee will be added for wire payments. A 1% fee will be added for bank transfers. Before paying by cash, wire, or bank transfer, contact us so we can remove the credit card processing fee and apply the appropriate payment fee. If you need other payment arrangements, call 254-654-7677 as soon as possible, before the payment deadline. Failure to pay will result in additional fees, forfeiture of items, and account suspension.
Sales Tax Exemptions — Valid exemption certificates must be submitted immediately upon winning an item or no later than the end of the first business day following the auction close. We are unable to apply tax exemptions after an invoice has been paid, so do not wait. No exemptions will be accepted after payment has been processed. Email certificates to info@jmbidworks.com or text them to 254-654-7677.
Load-Out — Schedule your removal appointment immediately after auction close through your bidder dashboard.Bring the correct vehicle, trailer, and all equipment needed to secure your load. If you cannot make the posted removal dates, do not bid.
Shipping — Local pickup preferred. Nationwide shipping may be available through third-party carriers. Quote requests must be submitted within two business days after auction closing.

Heading north from Austin on US 183, we are located approximately 10 miles north of Liberty Hill, next door to Red Sail Trading Company on the right-hand (east) side of the road. Coming from Lampasas, head south on US 183 approximately 15 miles. We are on the left-hand (east) side of the road.
