Inspection - All items are available during the posted preview period. Inspect before you bid. Listings are written to the best of our ability, but errors can happen — ask questions before the auction closes. Do not rely solely on descriptions or photos. Also if not able to attend the inspection period please watch the YouTube video we provide showing a walk through.
All Sales Are Final - Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales are final.
Payment - Invoices must be paid within 2 business days of auction closing. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of items and account suspension. If you are not paying by credit card or Venmo, contact JM Bidworks before paying so we can remove the processing fee from your invoice.
Sales Tax Exemptions - Valid exemption certificates must be submitted immediately upon winning an item or no later than the end of the first business day following the auction close. We are unable to apply tax exemptions after an invoice has been paid, so do not wait. No exemptions will be accepted after payment has been processed. You can email them to info@jmbidworks.com or text them to 254-654-7677.
Load-Out - Schedule your removal appointment immediately after auction close through your bidder dashboard. Bring the correct vehicle, trailer, and all equipment needed to secure your load. If you cannot make the posted removal dates, do not bid.
Shipping - Local pickup preferred. Nationwide shipping may be available through third-party carriers. Quote requests must be submitted at least two business days before auction closing.
