PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSE. YOUR DEFAULT CARD ON FILE WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE AUCTION CLOSE. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED IT WILL NOT BE REPROCESSED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOUR INVOICE IS PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSE.
- WE DO NOT HOLD ITEMS PAST THE LAST REMOVAL DATE LISTED ON YOUR INVOICE IN THE AUCTION TITLE. AFTER THE THIRD REMOVAL DAY, ITEMS ARE FORFEITED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO INVENTORY.
- FOR SAFETY REASONS, STAFF CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOADING. THE PICKUP AREA IS DOCK-HEIGHT. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE HELP TO LOAD LARGE AND/OR HEAVY ITEMS. IF YOU ARRIVE AND CANNOT LOAD YOUR ITEMS, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN WITH HELP. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Product Condition/Refunds
We offer a refund for the following conditions (Appears New & Factory Sealed). If we have called out any issue with the item in the description, we will not refund for said issues. We do not give refunds for items listed as (Damaged or Open Box) and we do not give refunds for buyers remorse. If an item does not have a listing condition it should be considered Open Box.
To request a refund you must email us within 48 hours from the time you picked up your item. Refund requests should be sent to customerservice@busymos.com.
