This includes the hammer price, sales tax, handling fee, and buyer's premium paid on the invoice for the item being returned. Items are eligible for a full return if they are incomplete or non-functional. Buyer's remorse, cosmetic issues (dents/dings/prior ownership), color or size preferences and other reasons are not included in the product guarantee.

Any lot that is listed as damaged, nonfunctional, or missing parts in the description is sold as-is and all sales of these items are final. We will do our best to give some additional details on why an item is marked as one of these classifications to assist you in determining what replacement part(s) may be needed and if an item has known damage. These designations are to assist you in your bidding but may not reflect the complete condition of the unit once marked as sold as-is.
Pickup times for each auction are listed in the Auction Details section at the close of every auction. Bidders are required to pick up their items during the specified time(s).
