If an item is damaged or nonfunctional, we have chosen to allow refunds if you email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of picking up your item. Payment must be made by cash, certified check or wire to Grit Auctions within 48 hours of auction closing. Arrangements for pickup must be coordianted with Grit Auctions within 3 days of auction closing.
There is no equipment available on location to assist with loading. Buyers are responsible for all arrangements for loading equipment.
Items are located on a gravel, one-way mountain road with limited access for turning around. Buyers need to be aware of the conditions prior to sending trailers for pickup.
Items will be available for pick-up by appointment only. Property is secured and access will be limited to appointments.
Because of how equipment is parked, equipment in front must be picked up prior to equipment in back. Grit Auctions will coordinate with buyer and seller to make arrangements.
Pick-up arrangements must be made within 3 days of auction ending.
Note: Grit Auctions is not responsible for any damage that occurs during loading.

Inspection - All items are available during the posted preview period. Inspect before you bid. Listings are written to the best of our ability, but errors can happen — ask questions before the auction closes. Do not rely solely on descriptions or photos. All Sales Are Final - Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Some items may be missing parts, pieces, hardware, manuals, accessories, or original packaging. Items listed as unused may appear new, but are labeled that way because they may be incomplete, missing parts, or have not been tested or verified as complete. All sales are final.
Payment - Invoices must be paid within 2 business days of auction closing. Failure to pay will result in additional fees, forfeiture of items and account suspension. If you are not paying by credit card or Venmo, contact JM Bidworks before paying so we can remove the processing fee from your invoice.
Sales Tax Exemptions - Valid exemption certificates must be submitted immediately upon winning an item or no later than the end of the first business day following the auction close. We are unable to apply tax exemptions after an invoice has been paid, so do not wait. No exemptions will be accepted after payment has been processed. Load-Out - Schedule your removal appointment immediately after auction close through your bidder dashboard. Bring the correct vehicle, trailer, and all equipment needed to secure your load. If you cannot make the posted removal dates, do not bid.
Shipping - Local pickup preferred. Nationwide shipping may be available through third-party carriers. Quote requests must be submitted within at least two business days after auction closing.
