We offer a refund for the following conditions (Appears New & Factory Sealed). If we have called out any issue with the item in the description, we will not refund for said issues. Please make sure all invoices are paid within 24 hours of the auction closing. If you are paying onsite you must pick up the first day listed on your invoice.
-You have 1 full week from the auction close date to pick up your items. If you are unable to pick up please text your bidder number and closing date to 816-890-1755 for us to hold your items for an additional week. Be sure to get a response within 24 hours to ensure we received your request.
- HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED OR DIGITAL INVOICE. You may be turned away without proof of purchase in the form of printed or digital invoice. Your bidder number and ALL close dates are required. Please make sure to account for ALL items before leaving.
- $1 Handling Fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction.
-PULL IN THE PARKING LOT UP TO THE RAMP If the Ramp is full, park in the driveway to the RIGHT until space becomes available. DO NOT DOUBLE-PARK OR BLOCK VEHICLES IN DRIVEWAY. Walk up the ramp with the railing and come on in during business hours.
- BARGAIN BIDS KC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING OF LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE. If your item weighs more than you can carry, you may need to bring assistance for loading.
