KC Market House pick-up instructions:

Hours of Operation: Monday- Thursday 11:00-5pm, Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday's 10-noon will be listed on your pickup removal days.  (Subject to change due to inclement weather/holiday/unforeseen circumstance).

    - HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED OR DIGITAL INVOICE.  You may be turned away without proof of purchase in the form of printed or digital invoice.

     -PULL UP TO THE BAY DOOR ON THE North SIDE OF THE BUILDING. Please Park at any of our Welcome guest Parking spots. If the driveway is full, please wait in your vehicle until space becomes available.  DO NOT DOUBLE-PARK OR BLOCK VEHICLES IN DRIVEWAY.

    - KC MARKET HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING OF LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE. If your item weighs over 100lbs., you may need to bring assistance for loading.

    - No appointment needed for pick up

    -Bidder is allotted three (3) pick up days (Mon-Th 11-5pm, Friday 10-5pm and Saturday 10-noon) from auction close date to pick-up items.

    -Items held beyond three (3) pick up days are subject to $5.00 Storage Fee.

    -Items not removed within seven (7) calendar days of auction close date are considered abandoned property and forfeited by bidder without refund. If you are unable to pick up your items within seven (7) calendar days, DO NOT BID.

-Retail values and stock photos are automatically generated. Please research before bidding and review the actual photos provided by our sellers.

Shipping Request Policy

All shipping requests must be submitted directly to our shipping team after your auction has closed and your invoice has been paid in full. Request must be made within 48 hours after closure.

A maximum of three (3) auctions may be combined into a single shipment.

The bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Shipping quotes will be provided after your request is received and your items are prepared for shipment.

If refund is needed, Bidder will pay all shipping cost to return item

If you cannot pick up by the allotted time, Text or Email before the end of the day of your last pick up date with your bidder number and item/lot number with the day and time you will pick up (within the standard pick up times above). You should get confirmation within 24 to 36 hours. There will be a $5 cash hold fee due at pick up.

There are no refunds for items not picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Factory Sealed:

New in box, never used, original product, in original box. Being “new”, we have not checked its condition or functionality.

Please inspect/test before you leave. There are no refunds after leaving with your item(s). If your item cannot be checked/tested before you leave, you have one day to let us know if there is something wrong. Please contact us with your bidder number, item name, lot number and what is wrong with the item.

Appears New:  

Item appears to be in new condition (although may have been used by the previous owner). The item might not be in the original box but should work as expected (although there may be cosmetic blemishes).

Please inspect/test before you leave. There are no refunds after leaving with your item(s). If your item cannot be checked/tested before you leave, you have one day to let us know if there is something wrong. Please contact us with your bidder number, item name, lot number and what is wrong with the item.

Open Box:  

Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, heavily pre-owned, looks new but cannot validate condition or functionality (missing parts).

Please contact us for an inspection appointment before you bid, if you are unsure about bidding on an item.

Open Box items may not be returned (sold as is).

Damaged:  

These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. These could be items never used or previously owned, such as a desk that has a damaged corner because the box was dropped, or a set of drinkware/flatware that has a cracked or broken piece.

We encourage you to inspect any damaged item so there is no misunderstanding when you pick up the item.

Damaged items may not be returned (sold as is).

*Any unmarked items will be considered “open box or damaged”

Item Condition

• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees.

Payment Terms
Your default credit card will be charged after the auction ends. If the card is declined, you must pay within 48hours of the end of the auction.

• Failure to make payment within 48hrs, you will be marked as a no-show, regardless if you have an appointment or not.

• You may make a cash or card payment on-site if you are marked a no-show.

• Invoices over $2,000 must be paid via cash, wire, or cashier’s check (exact change required for cash).

• Unpaid or unclaimed items may result in late fees, forfeiture, or permanent account suspension. Fraudulent bidding (e.g., opening a new account) will incur a $50 fee.

• Appointment Not Required, however, without a reserved time, there is a chance Wizebuyz may not be on-site.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER**  If you feel that there is a chance we would be closed due to inclement weather, please call (DO NOT TEXT) 816-998-6517; if we DO NOT answer, consider us closed for the day and do not make an unnecessary trip to Wizebuyz.....We will hold your items for an extra week.

Important Notes:

• No alternate pickup dates unless approved in advance.
• Buyers must bring their own tools, equipment, and help for safe removal.
• Items not picked up during the scheduled time may be considered abandoned and subject to resale without refund.
