PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSE. YOUR DEFAULT CARD ON FILE WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE AUCTION CLOSE. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED IT WILL NOT BE REPROCESSED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOUR INVOICE IS PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSE.

- WE DO NOT HOLD ITEMS PAST THE LAST REMOVAL DATE LISTED ON YOUR INVOICE IN THE AUCTION TITLE. AFTER THE THIRD REMOVAL DAY, ITEMS ARE FORFEITED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO INVENTORY.

- FOR SAFETY REASONS, STAFF CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOADING. THE PICKUP AREA IS DOCK-HEIGHT. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE HELP TO LOAD LARGE AND/OR HEAVY ITEMS. IF YOU ARRIVE AND CANNOT LOAD YOUR ITEMS, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN WITH HELP. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Product Condition/Refunds

We offer a refund for the following conditions (Appears New & Factory Sealed). If we have called out any issue with the item in the description, we will not refund for said issues. We do not give refunds for items listed as (Damaged or Open Box) and we do not give refunds for buyers remorse. If an item does not have a listing condition it should be considered Open Box.  

To request a refund you must email us within 48 hours from the time you picked up your item.  Refund requests should be sent to customerservice@busymos.com.

We do our best to accurately describe, picture, and detail items. The stock photo provided for each lot is for representation purposes only and is not guaranteed to be exact. Please be aware of the Five Levels of Product Detail/Condition for refund information. Detailed information on item conditions can be found on the Equip-bid home screen, at the bottom of the page, by clicking the Terms & Conditions Link. 

Attention Bidders - Scheduling is NOT required for this auction. You are welcome to pick up your items any time during the published Removal Date/Time window shown on this page. Simply bring your paid invoice to the auction address during these hours - no appointment necessary.

KC Market House pick-up instructions:

Hours of Operation: Monday 11:00-5pm, Tuesday 11:00-5:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday's 10-noon will be listed on your pickup removal days.  (Subject to change due to inclement weather/holiday/unforeseen circumstance).

    - HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED OR DIGITAL INVOICE.  You may be turned away without proof of purchase in the form of printed or digital invoice.

     -PULL UP TO THE BAY DOOR ON THE North SIDE OF THE BUILDING. Please Park at any of our Welcome guest Parking spots. If the driveway is full, please wait in your vehicle until space becomes available.  DO NOT DOUBLE-PARK OR BLOCK VEHICLES IN DRIVEWAY.

    - KC MARKET HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING OF LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE. If your item weighs over 100lbs., you may need to bring assistance for loading.

    - No appointment needed for pick up

    -Bidder is allotted three (3) business days (Mon 11-5pm, Tuesday-11-5pm, Wed-Fri 10:00am – 5:00pm) from auction close date to pick-up items.

    -Items held beyond three (3) business days are subject to $5.00 Storage Fee.

    -Items not removed within seven (7) calendar days of auction close date are considered abandoned property and forfeited by bidder without refund. If you are unable to pick up your items within seven (7) calendar days, DO NOT BID.

-Retail values and stock photos are automatically generated. Please research before bidding and review the actual photos provided by our sellers.

Shipping Request Policy

All shipping requests must be submitted directly to our shipping team after your auction has closed and your invoice has been paid in full.

• A maximum of three (3) auctions may be combined into a single shipment.
• The bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
• Shipping quotes will be provided after your request is received and your items are prepared for shipment.
• If refund is needed, Bidder will pay all shipping cost to return item

Late Pick-Up Policy:Items must be picked up by 6:00 PM on Thursday of the week they are won. If you are unable to pick up during these hours, please email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com by 8:00 PM on Sunday after the auction closes. We will hold your items for pick-up during standard hours the following week. Items not picked up within this time frame are forfeited with no refund.

Refund Policy:Stock photos and titles are autogenerated based on product codes provided to us. While we thoroughly inspect items, we understand issues may arise. If an item is damaged or nonfunctional, we have chosen to allow refunds if you email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of picking up your item. Refunds are not available for missing hardware/accessories or for any items labeled damaged or incomplete. 

Big Deal Auctions is not responsible for loading vehicles. If you are unable to carry / load your item, please bring assistance.

All items from this auction MUST be picked up BY THE LAST DAY LISTED ON YOUR INVOICE. If you are unable to pick up by the last day listed, please text (preferred) or e-mail BEFORE WE CLOSE ON Saturday at 1:00 pm, including your bidder ID, all items will now be held automatically for one extra week for a $5 per invoice late fee.  After 1 week, all items will be forfeit unless bidder requests an additional one week hold for an additional $5 per invoice late fee, otherwise all items not picked up will be FORFEITED with NO REFUND given.

We have a 48-hour return policy on all Appears New and Factory Sealed items except in cases of buyer's remorse. Just contact us within 48 hours from pickup and return item within 3 business days to claim a full refund.
