Before You Bid — Read First
By placing a bid, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms and conditions.
Inspection - All items are available during the posted preview period. Inspect before you bid. Listings are written to the best of our ability, but errors can happen — ask questions before the auction closes. Do not rely solely on descriptions or photos. Also if not able to attend the inspection period please watch the YouTube video we provide showing a walk through.
All Sales Are Final - Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales are final.
Payment - Invoices must be paid within 2 business days of auction closing. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of items and account suspension. If you are not paying by credit card or Venmo, contact JM Bidworks before paying so we can remove the processing fee from your invoice.
Sales Tax Exemptions - Valid exemption certificates must be submitted immediately upon winning an item or no later than the end of the first business day following the auction close. We are unable to apply tax exemptions after an invoice has been paid, so do not wait. No exemptions will be accepted after payment has been processed. Load-Out - Schedule your removal appointment immediately after auction close through your bidder dashboard. Bring the correct vehicle, trailer, and all equipment needed to secure your load. If you cannot make the posted removal dates, do not bid.
Shipping - Local pickup preferred. Nationwide shipping may be available through third-party carriers. Quote requests must be submitted at least two business days before auction closing.

Heading from austin north on 183. We are located approximately 10 miles north of Liberty Hill, our facility is next door to the Red Sail Trading Company on the right hand (east) side of the road. Coming from Lampassas, head south on 183 approximately 15 miles on the left hand (east) of the road
Unless the lot description specifically says "Sold As-Is" - every item that is listed is eligible for a full return. This includes the hammer price, sales tax, handling fee, and buyer's premium paid on the invoice for the item being returned. Items are eligible for a full return if they are incomplete or non-functional. Buyer's remorse, cosmetic issues (dents/dings/prior ownership), color or size preferences and other reasons are not included in the product guarantee.
All return requests must be made by completing our return request form within 48-hours of pickup (https://aircapitalauctions.com/pages/return-request). For full details of guarantee, return, refund terms, please read all the auction terms below.
Any lot that is listed as damaged, nonfunctional, or missing parts in the description is sold as-is and all sales of these items are final. We will do our best to give some additional details on why an item is marked as one of these classifications to assist you in determining what replacement part(s) may be needed and if an item has known damage. These designations are to assist you in your bidding but may not reflect the complete condition of the unit once marked as sold as-is.
Pickup times for each auction are listed in the Auction Details section at the close of every auction. Bidders are required to pick up their items during the specified time(s). If you are unable to collect your items during the designated period, we kindly ask that you refrain from bidding. Thank you for your understanding! *** IMPORTANT ***
If you cannot pick up by the allotted time, contact us before the end of the day of your last pick up date with your bidder number and item/lot number with the day and time you will pick up (within the standard pick up times above). You should get a confirmation with 24 to 36 hours. There will be a $5 cash hold fee due at pick up.
There are no refunds for items not picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Factory Sealed:
New in box, never used, original product, in original box. Being “new”, we have not checked its condition or functionality.
Please inspect/test before you leave. There are no refunds after leaving with your item(s). If your item cannot be checked/tested before you leave, you have one day to let us know if there is something wrong. Please contact us with your bidder number, item name, lot number and what is wrong with the item.
Appears New:
Item appears to be in new condition (although may have been used by the previous owner). The item might not be in the original box but should work as expected (although there may be cosmetic blemishes).
Please inspect/test before you leave. There are no refunds after leaving with your item(s). If your item cannot be checked/tested before you leave, you have one day to let us know if there is something wrong. Please contact us with your bidder number, item name, lot number and what is wrong with the item.
Open Box:
Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, heavily pre-owned, looks new but cannot validate condition or functionality (missing parts).
Please contact us for an inspection appointment before you bid, if you are unsure about bidding on an item.
Open Box items may not be returned (sold as is).
Damaged:
These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. These could be items never used or previously owned, such as a desk that has a damaged corner because the box was dropped, or a set of drinkware/flatware that has a cracked or broken piece.
We encourage you to inspect any damaged item so there is no misunderstand when you pick up the item.
Damaged items may not be returned (sold as is).
*Any unmarked items will be considered “open box or damaged”
