Local Pick up:

If unable to pick up items within pickup Days listed, Do Not Bid.

By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and agree to remove them from the auction location.

If no contact is made by the buyer within the auctions original pickup times, items will be considered abondoned property and forfeited without refund.

Shipping:

Flat Rate Shipping is available for all lots.

Refunds:

Inspections are available by appointment prior to auction closing, and recommend looking at the items before removal. Items are sold AS-IS with no refunds. 

IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP, within removal scheduled times, items will be forfeited with NO REFUND.

PLEASE REVIEW AND FOLLOW OUR SHIPPING TERMS IF YOU WISH TO HAVE ITEMS SHIPPED, NOT EQUIP BID'S.  WE DO NOT GET NOTIFICATIONS FOR SHIPPING FROM EQUIP BID.

*** IMPORTANT *** 

All items from this auction MUST be picked up BY THE LAST DAY LISTED ON YOUR INVOICE. If you are unable to pick up by the last day listed, please text (preferred) or e-mail BEFORE WE CLOSE ON Saturday at 1:00 pm, including your bidder ID, all items will now be held automatically for a total of 7 calendar days, STARTING the first eligible day of pick up, for a $5 per invoice late fee after the last eligible pick up day listed on the invoice.  After 7 days, all items will be forfeit unless bidder requests an additional one week hold for an additional $5 per invoice late fee, paid in advance, and based on availability, otherwise all items not picked up will be FORFEITED with NO REFUND given.

We have a 48-hour return policy on all Appears New and Factory Sealed items except in cases of buyer's remorse. Just contact us within 48 hours from pickup and return item within 3 business days to claim a full refund.
