All invoices must be paid with in 2 days after sale ends

Bring your paid invoice to check in.  All items will be checked against invoice at doors at removal.

There are 2 days for load out for this sale, understand what you bought, bring your own equipment, trailers, labor, etc to help. Buyers are responsible to remove their items in a timely manor, with out damage to building.  You may have to take equipment apart, dissemble, etc.

Forklift will be on site for large items- Loading fee is $20 per item loaded, cash in advance, Equip-bid is NOT responsible for accidents or damage if we load your items with forklift.  Your welcome to bring your own rigging.  1st come, 1st serve. There are 1000's of items, plan accordingly.

15% Buyers premium will be added to all invoices, no sales tax.

Card on file will be charged after sale for invoices up to $3000. 

If OVER $3000, you will need to arrange a wire transfer, certified funds, or cash only, no personal or business checks. 

If you need a credit card payment over $3000, there will be an additional 3% transaction fee added to your invoice, you must contact Equip-bid.com to make arrangements.

Should invoice not be paid before pick up, and you have not made contact with equip-bid and made arrangements, your account will be locked, and we reserve the right to resell your items, so contact us BEFORE pick up day if you have open invoice.
