Buyers must arrange removal during the posted pickup hours. Special pickup arrangements are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Buyers are solely responsible for providing the labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, and transportation necessary to safely remove purchased merchandise.
Seller personnel are not obligated to assist with loading, disassembly, or transportation.
Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the premises or other property during removal, to the extent permitted by law.
Merchandise not collected by the final designated removal deadline may be subject to storage charges, additional handling fees, or treatment as abandoned property, only as permitted by applicable law and Equip-Bid's terms and procedures.
Payment requirements, buyer's premiums, applicable taxes, and transaction fees are governed by Equip-Bid's published policies and the auction listing. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all applicable charges before bidding.
To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from a buyer's loading, handling, or transportation of merchandise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
All transactions are subject to Equip-Bid's applicable terms, policies, and procedures. In the event of a conflict, applicable Equip-Bid requirements and governing law control.
