A $1.00 handling fee will be added to each invoice.
The default credit card on file with your Equip-Bid account will be charged following the close of the auction. If your card is declined, items will not be released until payment has been made in full.
On-site payment may be made by exact cash or card. Exact change is required for cash payments.
Invoices over $2,000 cannot be paid using the credit card on file and must be paid by cash.
IMPORTANT: Bid totals shown are BID TOTALS ONLY and do not include applicable taxes, the 18% Buyer’s Premium, handling fees, or other applicable charges.
Failure to provide payment or retrieve purchased items may result in additional fees and/or suspension of bidding privileges. Multiple instances of nonpayment or failure to retrieve purchases may result in a permanent block from Equip-Bid. Creating another account to circumvent a bidding restriction may be considered fraudulent bidding and may result in an additional $50 fee.
If you cannot pick up your items during the scheduled pickup times, please do not bid.
By placing a bid, you agree that you are responsible for payment and timely removal of all items won.
Please come PREPARED for pickup. Know your bidder ID and bring an appropriately sized vehicle, necessary equipment, straps, boxes, packing materials, and additional help for large, heavy, or multiple items.
If Peak Auction Company staff assists with loading, Peak Auction Company is not responsible for damage to merchandise or vehicles during assisted load-out. No refund will be issued for damage occurring during an assisted load-out.
Unless prior arrangements have been made with Leyna or Chris, items not retrieved within 7 days of the original auction closing date may be forfeited and returned to auction.
Regardless of any approved storage or alternate pickup arrangements, all invoices must be paid by the end of the regularly scheduled removal period.
Once merchandise has been paid for and picked up, it becomes the property and responsibility of the buyer. The buyer assumes responsibility for loss, damage, or missing items after pickup.
Peak Auction Company accepts fully verified tax-exempt certificates.

Items may include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, open-box merchandise, damaged packaging, or other merchandise with varying conditions unless specifically stated otherwise.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, measurements, condition information, and other lot details before bidding. Photos are considered part of the item description.
No refunds or returns will be provided unless otherwise required under the applicable auction terms.
Peak Auction Company’s liability, when applicable, shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the bidder for the affected item.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Payment: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of exact cash or card. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. If you are unable to pick up your items within that standard loadout times and did not contact Leyna or Chris (Contact info provided), items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from the original auction closing date.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their order/invoice, it becomes the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage or missing items from that point forward.
Please come PREPARED to pick up your item(s). This means knowing your bidder ID, having a large enough vehicle / proper equipment, and parking with courtesy. Be cognizant of the size and/or quantity of items you are picking up and BRING A HELPER if you have accumulated multiple invoices or have a large/heavy item.
If assistance from our staff is needed, we are not liable for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle used. No refunds will be given if an item(s) is damaged during an assisted load-out.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, items will be forfeited and return back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Peak Auction Company will accept FULLY VERIFIED TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES. Tax Exempt customers will need to email all appropriate information and copy of Certificate to Leyna@peakauctionco.com. after end of auction. After acceptance of Certificate, Customer will be refunded to the qualified exemption.
Liability: Peak Auction Company liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Refund Policy: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE IS. No refunds available, all sales final.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
Shipping is available on select items unless otherwise noted in the individual lot description.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges are not included in the winning bid price and will be added to the buyer’s invoice before shipment.
Peak Auction Company will make every reasonable effort to package items securely. Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, packaging materials, handling, insurance when applicable, and destination of the package.
Items will be shipped only after the invoice and all applicable shipping charges have been paid in full. Please allow reasonable processing time following payment.
Large, oversized, extremely heavy, fragile, hazardous, or otherwise restricted items may not be eligible for shipping and will require local pickup. Please review each lot carefully before bidding.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Peak Auction Company is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delays are outside the control of Peak Auction Company. Any shipping damage should be reported promptly, and buyers should retain the item, packaging, and shipping materials while a carrier claim is reviewed.
All shipping questions should be addressed before bidding. By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms.

All invoices must be paid in full before items may be picked up or shipped.
Payment is due following the close of the auction. Buyers are responsible for the winning bid amount, applicable buyer’s premium, sales tax, shipping/handling charges (if applicable), and any other fees stated in the auction terms.
Accepted forms of payment will be listed on the buyer’s invoice. No merchandise will be released until payment has been received and approved.
Buyers claiming tax-exempt status must provide valid documentation prior to payment. Sales tax cannot be removed without proper exemption documentation.
Any declined or unsuccessful payment remains the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers should contact Peak Auction Company promptly if there is an issue completing payment.
Failure to pay for purchased items may result in forfeiture of the items and possible suspension of bidding privileges.
All purchases are considered final unless otherwise specifically stated in the individual lot description or auction terms.

Please bring your own help, tools, boxes, packing materials, straps, and appropriate vehicle or trailer needed to safely remove and transport your purchases. Peak Auction Company staff may assist when available but cannot guarantee loading assistance.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting and collecting all items included in their lots before leaving the premises. Please verify that you have everything you purchased.
Items not picked up by the removal deadline without prior arrangements may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. Additional storage or handling fees may apply when special arrangements are approved.
For large or heavy merchandise, buyers must come prepared with the proper equipment and sufficient help for removal.
By bidding, you agree to the posted pickup/removal schedule and accept responsibility for the timely removal of all purchased items.
