ALL PICKUPS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH THE EQUIP-BID SCHEDULER TO ENSURE A TIME SLOT IS AVAILABLE.
Scheduling your pickup in advance is extremely important. We do not have a loader on-site every day unless arrangements have been made in advance.
If you arrive without a scheduled appointment:
- You may experience a wait time exceeding 2 hours.
- We cannot guarantee that you will be able to pick up your items that day.
- Loading assistance may not be available.
If you are traveling from out of town, please schedule your pickup before making travel arrangements.
Using the scheduler allows our team to prepare for your arrival, have the appropriate equipment available, and provide you with the best possible pickup experience.

Calls will be answered or promptly returned Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.
Calls received outside of business hours will be returned the next business day.
IMPORTANT BIDDING TERMS
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions, photographs, condition information, and previewing items when possible before bidding.
Refunds will not be issued for mistaken or accidental bidding. Please verify your bid amount and the item you are bidding on before submitting your bid.
INVOICES OVER $2,000
Credit/debit cards will not be processed for invoices exceeding $2,000.
Invoices over $2,000 must be paid using one of the following methods:
- Cash
- Cashier's Check
- Wire Transfer
Wire transfer instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your Equip-Bid account.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Payment: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of exact cash or card. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. If you are unable to pick up your items within that standard loadout times and did not contact Leyna or Chris (Contact info provided), items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from the original auction closing date.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their order/invoice, it becomes the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage or missing items from that point forward.
Please come PREPARED to pick up your item(s). This means knowing your bidder ID, having a large enough vehicle / proper equipment, and parking with courtesy. Be cognizant of the size and/or quantity of items you are picking up and BRING A HELPER if you have accumulated multiple invoices or have a large/heavy item.
If assistance from our staff is needed, we are not liable for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle used. No refunds will be given if an item(s) is damaged during an assisted load-out.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, items will be forfeited and return back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Peak Auction Company will accept FULLY VERIFIED TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES. Tax Exempt customers will need to email all appropriate information and copy of Certificate to Leyna@peakauctionco.com. after end of auction. After acceptance of Certificate, Customer will be refunded to the qualified exemption.
Liability: Peak Auction Company liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Refund Policy: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE IS. No refunds available, all sales final.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
