If you’re reading this, then you have been one of our bidders over the last two years, and we truly can’t express how grateful we are for you.
Unfortunately, we were unable to re-sign a lease that was no longer favorable to us, and we have also had some medical issues that have gotten in the way. After giving this a lot of thought, we feel this is the best decision for us at this time.
But this is not goodbye.
We will still be around, just in a different way. We will continue making our monthly trips to Wichita, so we can still bring items down from there. We will plan to meet up at a later date and location for those who would like to take advantage of this.
We will probably be taking any leftover items to Wichita, KS, and/or bringing others to Vintage Addition here in Lawton.
Some items will be available for purchase during pick up including some shelving.
We want you to know how much we appreciate each and every one of you. Your support, trust, friendship, and business over the last two years have meant more to us than we could ever put into words.
We have met so many wonderful people through this journey, and we hope to continue seeing many of you along the way.
So, for now, we’re simply taking a different path.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call the affiliate at 316-207-9575 to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged at 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location, so you must have a valid credit card on file to pay and receive your items. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you will incur a $15 rescheduleing fee. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as inventory is sold without any implied or expressed warranty. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with WFM Auctions, LLC, contact us at wfmauctions@yahoo.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment. Must use form st-28a for in state or st-28m for any other state.

BUYERS PREMIUM/SALES TAX:
A eighteen percent (18%) buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, at checkout you will be charged $118.00. If sales tax it to be collected per state guidelines, it will be at the amount of purchase, plus buyer’s premium. If you are tax exempt, it is your responsibility to contact us BEFORE you pay, or your card is ran to make sure we have proper paperwork.
PAYMENT:
Invoice must be paid prior to removal of items. Payment must be made prior to, and a *Paid in Full* invoice must be presented when picking up. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made by the end of the pick-up time stated. Business days are Monday-Friday. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your credit card on file to be charged for total amount plus a $25.00 late payment fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. It is your responsibility as the buyer to check your dashboard for invoices after each sale has closed. Accepted forms of payment include, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A valid credit card must be kept on file with Equip-Bid at all times. WFM Auctions LLC has the right to submit an authorization from time to time to ensure the credit card is valid. If the card becomes invalid, Equip-Bid will disable your bidding rights and they will not be reinstated until a valid credit card is provided.
