Description: Set consisting of a necklace with chain and oval pendant featuring a horse head cameo, and a matching ring with horse head cameo. The pendant has a textured metal surround and the ring features an ornamental metal setting. Chain appears to be twisted link style.

  • All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.
  • Invoices will be processed at the close of the auction using the card on file. Please make sure your payment information is current. Cash payment at pickup is also welcome.
  • Pickup is during the scheduled removal times. If you cannot make these times, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • We are happy to ship! Most reasonably sized items can be shipped. Buyer pays the actual shipping cost plus a $5 packing & handling fee per package. Shipping charges are collected separately. Contact us before bidding if you're unsure whether an item qualifies for shipping.
  • Items not picked up during scheduled removal are subject to a $20 per day storage fee. After 7 days, items without prior arrangements will be considered abandoned and become property of The Evidence Locker.
  • All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to pay for all items you win.

SHIPPING TERMS

The Evidence Locker is happy to offer shipping! We want bidders from near and far to feel comfortable participating in our auctions. If an item can reasonably and safely be shipped, we're happy to work with you to get it headed your way.

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • A $5.00 packing and handling fee per package will be charged in addition to the actual shipping rate. This fee covers standard packing materials and handling.

  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT included on your Equip-Bid invoice and will be charged separately.

  • Buyers must pay all shipping and handling charges before their items will be shipped.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to combine multiple items into one package when they can be safely shipped together.

  • Large, heavy, oversized, extremely fragile, or otherwise difficult-to-ship items may be designated Local Pickup Only at our discretion.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days after the auction closes for items to be packaged and shipped.

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit.
