Abandoned Items:
Any items not picked up within during the scheduled removal times will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the discretion of Grit Auctions without refund or compensation to the buyer.
Loading assistance will not provided on site.
There will be a forklift available for large items to help during your scheduled pickup time. However, you will be responsible for moving and loading all other items; staff will not be available to load at this auction.
All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.”
No warranties, guarantees, or returns of any kind.
Bidding is a binding intent to purchase.
Do not bid unless you intend to complete the transaction.
Failure to complete payment and pick-up during the scheduled removal times will result in suspension from the auciton platform.
If the Service Fee or any outstanding balance remains unpaid, GRIT Auctions may engage a third-party collection agency, and the delinquency may be reported to credit bureaus. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees, costs, or charges associated with the collection of the outstanding balance.
