This lot includes all green and orange warehouse shelving shown in the auction photos. This is a bulk lot being sold as one package and includes the shelving components pictured.
Please review all photos carefully for the quantity, configuration, dimensions, components, and overall condition of the shelving included in this lot.
THIS LOT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING THE REGULAR SCHEDULED AUCTION PICKUP.
Pickup for this lot will be scheduled separately AFTER the regular scheduled pickup dates. The shelving is currently in use and other auction items must first be removed from the facility before the shelving can be disassembled and removed.
The winning bidder will be contacted to coordinate a removal date and time.
The winning bidder is 100% responsible for disassembling, handling, loading, and removing all shelving included in this lot.
NO LABOR, TOOLS, LADDERS, FORKLIFTS, LIFTING EQUIPMENT, OR LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
Buyer must arrive with:
Sufficient personnel to safely complete the removal
All necessary hand and power tools
Ladders and/or lifts as required
Forklift or other material-handling equipment if required
Appropriate truck(s) and/or trailer(s)
Straps, pallets, containers, and other equipment necessary for transport
Buyer should evaluate the size and scope of the removal project before bidding and be prepared to completely remove the shelving during the scheduled removal appointment.

Invoices over $2,000 must be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. (Personal checks are not accepted.)
Wire transfer instructions will be emailed to winning bidders once invoices have been generated.
If your purchase is tax-exempt, you must submit your completed exemption forms to jp@gritauctions.com within five (5) days of the auction’s close.
Please confirm your invoice has been properly adjusted before making payment or arriving for pickup.
All items must be removed during the Scheduled Removal Times.
