Grit Auctions does not arrange shipping directly, but we are happy to assist with the process whenever possible.

Payment Terms

Credit cards are accepted only for invoices under $2,000.
Invoices over $2,000 must be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. (Personal checks are not accepted.)

Wire transfer instructions will be emailed to winning bidders once invoices have been generated.

If your purchase is tax-exempt, you must submit your completed exemption forms to jp@gritauctions.com within five (5) days of the auction’s close.
Please confirm your invoice has been properly adjusted before making payment or arriving for pickup.

Item Removal & Loading

All items must be removed during the Scheduled Removal Times.
If you do not remove your items within this timeframe, you will be charged a $50 holding fee, plus additional storage fees of $25 per day thereafter, unless a specific lot states otherwise or prior arrangements have been approved.

All items are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” and must be removed by the buyer at their own expense and risk. Buyers are responsible for removing items without causing damage to the property or surrounding area.

Please take time to read all lot descriptions carefully before bidding. We do our best to describe the items to our best knowledge, but it is your responsibility to preview or call with any specific questions to clarify.  Incorrect descriptions are not a valid reason for a refund or discount. 
If you have questions, use the preview and inspection times to verify item condition and details prior to bidding.

Loading Assistance:
Loading assistance will be available on-site. Our team will help load items during your scheduled pickup time using forklifts or other equipment as needed. Please be patient and respectful while waiting for assistance.

If you request loading assistance, Grit Auctions is not responsible for any damage that may occur during load-out, including damage to your items, vehicle, trailer, or other property.
