Description: Metal garage with overall dimensions 46FT(L) x 25FT(W) x 15FT(H). Main frame is 14 Gauge 2.3 Square Tube with 14 Gauge 1x1.8 Galvanized Tube top cross brace and 26 Gauge sheet metal. Storage capacity approximately 1125 sq ft with 10.1FT wall height. Includes one frame door opening 13FT(W) x 10FT(H) and one side entrance door 2.9FT(W) x 6.9FT(H). Roof includes reinforcement with 6-inch concrete anchors. Color red-brown. Installation instructions included.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. See inspection dates and times below. 

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. 

Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Equip-Bid. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:

- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.

- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Desert Southwest Auctions.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.

Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.

Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund prior to leaving auction yard. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Desert Southwest Auctions, contact us. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability: Equip-Bid and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
