      Come when you can for pickup, no appointment necessary. We will pull your order upon your arrival and get you on your way quickly.  Please be patient as we get processes in order!

  1.     If arrangements to pick up winning items have not been made by the end of pickup days for the 2nd auction after your winning bids, the item(s) will be considered abandoned.  Ownership will revert to F5 Liquidations with no refund.  If you can not pick up on scheduled load out days you may make special arrangements by calling or texting 402-480-6016
    • All return requests must be made within 48-hours of pickup.  See below for item conditions and refund details.  Items that are only missing hardware (bolts, screws, etc.) that can be replaced by a trip to the hardware store or ordered are excluded from refunds.  After a return is approved, you have 14 days to return the item - details for returns will be provided when approved.  The $1.00 handling surcharge fee is not eligible for refund. Buyer's premiums are paid to Equip-Bid and not retained by F5 Liquidations.  Buyers premiums and the tax paid on them may not be refundable.  By bidding on any item in this auction, you are agreeing to these terms.

Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box.  We stand behind the listing as described.  Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage.  Bid with confidence!  Any problems with these items must be reported within 48 hours from time of pick up in order to return.

Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used.  They may or may not be in the original box.  They should work as expected. 

We inspect for the following:

 

  • Complete enough to run / function as needed
  • Box may be damaged, but contents are functional
  • May have slight cosmetic defects
  • May be missing accessories, or hardware

 

  • (We stand behind this item to work as it's supposed to; these items still could have slight cosmetic defects, missing accessories, or hardware.  We do our best to point out such instances.  If your 'Appears New' Item is not functional or not as described, you must reach out within 48 hours of you picking up the item, or the last scheduled closeout day and time to get a refund.
  • Open box:  Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested; could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested.  Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. No Refunds.

Damaged:  These items have known damage.  We will do our best to describe / picture the damage.  We don’t necessarily test for functionality.  These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used.  Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken, also may incomplete / missing items.  Call if you have questions Damaged items cannot be returned, sold as is. No Refunds.

Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.

Inspection: This auction does offer inspection by appointment only.  Call or text F5 Liquidations at 402-480-6016 to schedule an inspection time.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added. 

Payment onsite is accepted at this location if prearragned. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments.

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you may forfeit the items. Please communicate to F5 Liquidations if you need alternate pickup arrangements. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:

- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.

- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Equip-Bid.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.

Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.

Refunds: If you receive an item that was listed as Factory Sealed and there are issues with that item that was not listed in the description/photos, please reach out to F5 Liquidations within 48 hours of pickup.  If an item was listed as appears new and it does not FUNCTION appropriately, please communicate issues within 48 hours of pickup.  Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with F5 Liquidations, contact us at f5liquidationsne@gmail.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability: F5 Liquidations' liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Steps after the auction to have an item shipped:

1) Please communicate by emailing f5liquidationsne@gmail.com to state your desire to have your items shipped.  Marking an item as 'need shipping' does not always make it back to us in a an easy fashion so your email is the best way to start the process.

2) We will package and weigh the items to obtain a label price.  The label price is not inflated from our end and our handling fees do not cover our full expenses for providing shipping to you.

3) We will create an order for the shipping and handling costs and send you an invoice via email.

4) Once the invoice is paid, we will ship your order and you should receive an email with tracking information!

F5 will ship the item in the condition it is listed and will not be responsbile for damages in transit.  The buyer acknowledges that they must follow up with a carrier to receive any compensation for items damaged during shipping.  No returns will be accepted on shipped items, we ship items with the most care we can to prevent damages while shipping.
