GENERAL TERMS
Handling Surcharge:An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs. Any item with a Starting bid higher than $1.00 will be Excluded from handling fee.
Stock photos:Stock photos are for example purposes only. All bids should be based off of the actual product photos, not the stock photo.
Inspection:This auction does not offer scheduled inspection dates. Unless stated otherwise in the details section.
Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash—exact change or Rounded up (0.50 - $1) is required when making payment. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash or a cashier's check. Exact change or Rounded up is required on cash payments (no cash/change is kept onsite).
Tax-Exempt Purchases:All tax exempt purchasers must notify GA Properties LLC and provide current Reseller's certificates from the state of Kansas. Bidders must immediately notify GA Properties LLC if the tax status changes, and bidders are responsible to remit taxes if they fail to pay taxes to GA Properties LLC, but they are legally responsible to pay tax on a purchase. For tax exempt bidders, please send documentation to GA Properties LLC and include your name and bidder number for tax to be removed from future invoices. It will not be removed from past/prior invoices.
Liability:GA Properties LLC its member's and employee's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
User Information:By bidding on this auction, you are becoming a GA Properties LLC customer. GA Properties LLC is a distinct company from Equip-Bid. By bidding, you are agreeing that GA Properties LLC may use your email and phone number to communicate about orders, pickup times, reservations, promotions, sales, and other communications.
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Shipping Terms
See Item description for shipping availability. Contact GA Properties ASAP to coordinate shipping and to amend invoicing.
· GA Properties LLC does not provide shipping services for items stated NO SHIPPING.
· All shipping, transport, and delivery arrangements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
· Buyers may hire or contract their own freight company, carrier, or third-party transport service to handle pickup.
· GA Properties LLC will work with your chosen carrier to coordinate pickup during scheduled load-out times and will assist with forklift loading as a courtesy.
· All contracts, costs, insurance, and liability for shipping rest with the buyer and their carrier. JM Bidworks assumes no responsibility for items once they leave the lot.

Payment Rules
· Invoices under $2,000 will be automatically charged to the card on file unless GA Properties LLC is notified before end of the 2 business days from close of auction of alternate payment.
· Notice of alternate payment must be sent by phone (605-216-8923) or email (GAPropertiesllcsd@gmail.com).
· A 3.5% non-cash processing fee applies to all online card payments.
· If your card is declined for any reason, an additional 4% fee will be applied.
· It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure correct card information is on file.
Pickup & Load-Out Rules
· Items must be picked up during the scheduled load-out times.
· If you do not schedule pickup within these times, your items may be forfeited regardless of payment.
· Alternate pickup dates may be arranged if scheduled before the final load-out day.
o $50 fee – same-day pickup outside posted times
o $150 fee – weekday alternate pickup
o $250 fee – weekend alternate pickup
· Items left longer than 20 days (after any arranged alternate pickup) will be forfeited and resold in the next auction unless prior arrangements are made.
Third-Party / Courier Pickups
· If you need someone else to pick up items:
o The person picking up must present:
§ The winning bidder’s invoice (issued by JM Bidworks)
§ Proper ID of the winning bidder
· Without both, items will not be released.
