This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows. 

Inspection: This auction does not have scheduled inspection dates/timeframe. Please contact the auction manager to schedule inspection. 

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged no later than 7:00am the day after the close of the auction. This allows the buyer time after the auction to select a different card on file from your default card to use for payment. All invoices not paid by 7:00 am the day after the auction closed WILL be charged against the default card on file, unless you select Pay On Site or Shipping Requested prior to 7am the day after auction close.  If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash (exact change only, we will not always have change on hand), or debit/credit card via square processingInvoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file or via credit card processing on-site. You will need to pay with exact cash, wire transfer, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on all cash payments.

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees from Equip-Bid.  Not paying for your winning bids will result in an account ban on Equip-bid, and you may incur additional fees to re-instate your account.  Multiple instances of not retrieving your items mayresult in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site, causing additional fees to incur for reinstatement.   Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, please do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location during the scheduled pick up times.   In order to pick up your won items, you will need to reserve an appointment timeslot on your invoice page.  If you are unable to pick up, or the pick up times do not work for you please reach out.  We have more flexibility on pick-up times for auctions done from our warehouse than we do at customer homes. 

If you fail to pick up your won items within the scheduled timeframe, items will either be donated or resold at a future auction.  If you cannot pick up please contact the auction manager by text.  We cannot guarantee we can hold any items and charges may apply.  If we do agree to hold small items there will be a $5 holding fee per day for items held for longer than 3 days  Furniture and Large items have a $10/day holding fee per day if held longer than 3 days. FOR THIS AUCTION THERE IS NO LATE PICK UP THAT IS NOT PRIOR ARRANGED BEFORE THE END OF THE PICK UP DAY SCHEDULE, ALL ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE DONATED THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER THIS AUCTION! 

Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of the regular scheduled removal time period. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up your items, or make extended pick-up arrangements.

SHIPPING:  Please use the Manage Invoice button next to your invoice on the Invoices tab of the dashboard.  In the Manage Invoice screen you can select to Request Shipping.  Shipping can take 5 to 10 business days before items are shipped.  If there is any damage to items in shipping we will refund the purchase price only, not the overall market value of the items.  If you click request shipping before we charge cards, we will wait to charge your card so we can add the shipping in Equip-Bids.  If you request it after, we will contact you with payment options for your shipping.  $5 hanldling fee per box if breakables/glassware is being shipped.  $3 handling fee per box for non-breakables (we try to combine as many items as possible).  Handling fees go to cover materials and cost of time for shipping. Actual shipping costs will apply in addition to the handling charges!  We use PirateShip for postal discounts. 

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.

FEES:  Starting on 2/1/2026 Golden Plains Estate Sales and Auctions will now charge a $0.50 handling fee per lot.  Charging this fee is not something we prefer, but due to rising costs we are at the point we do not have a choice if we want to continue to bring you great deals on unique vintage items as well as everyday items you need or want for your homes and businesses!  You can bet if we can remove or reduce this in the future we will do so without hesitation.  We will not announce the fee on every auction going forward, just the first one in Feb 2026, it will apply to all auctions going forward.  NO ADMIN FEE WAS APPLIED TO THIS AUCTION, but we reserve the right to add the admin fee again in the future!  

Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work/function, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given as there is no written or implied warranty on items. Please bid responsibly on untested items as they are sold as-is / where-is and pay attention to descriptions for additional information concerning item condition or function information. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days following the last scheduled pick-up day of the auction. No refund requests will be honored after this 7-day period. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as the returned items are received but can take 4 to 12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate. Tax exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Golden Plains Estate Sales and Auctions LLC, contact Pam on 316-833-1013 by calling or texting for instructions to submit your tax-exempt form to us. We must receive your tax exempt certificate by 7:00 am the day following the auction close so that we can adjust your invoice before your default card is processed. No invoice adjustments will be made retroactively.

Liability: Golden Plains Estate Sales and Auctions LLC’s liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder’s purchase price.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.

CAUTION TO THE BIDDER:

For demonstration purposes, various pieces of equipment may be joined together. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected in a photo. You are bidding on the item as it is described and not the item in the photo. Golden Plains Estate Sales and Auctions LLC makes an honest effort to ensure that the descriptions are accurate and the photos match to the best of our ability.  However, an error can occur in the listing and in that case, it will be the description and not the photo that will be the item won. If you feel there is a discrepancy or error between a listing and a photo, contact Pam at Golden Plains Estate Sales and Auctions, LLC for clarification and notification of the error.

WARRANTY & CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD:

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. This sale is for the business community as equipment and inventory without any implied or expressed warranty. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When not certain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly and utilize inspection times.

CHOOSE WISELY, AND BID RESPONSIBLY:

We strive to provide excellent customer service and want everyone to get a good deal, and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistake. Once bidding ends, the item is contractually sold to the highest bidder, and that item is the buyer’s property once picked up.  When in doubt about the condition, completeness, or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. Golden Plains Estate Sales and Auctions LLC reserves the right to add or remove items from an auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an item and/or auction event, and make changes to the auction closing, inspection, removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breech thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Thank you for requesting to bid on a Golden Plains Estates Sales and Auctions LLC, an Equip-Bid affilate, auction! 

By agreeing to register, Your default card on file will be charged at 7:00 am US Central Time the following morning after the auction close, if you have not already processed payment on the invoice using your card of choice. 

If you are tax-exempt, call/text Pam at 316-833-1013 prior to 7:00 am the day after auction close,. Failure to provide tax exemption certificate by that time will result in sales tax on your invoice and this amount being charged to your card on file. No invoice adjustments will be made retroactively, and no refunds for sales tax for late exemption certificates. 

If you can not make load out during the schedule time, call BEFORE you bid to see if you can make arrangements.  

For shipping (if offered), please indicate you need shipping on the Manage Invoice page (click Manage Invoice button next to the invoice on the Invoices page of the dashboard).  Please request shipping by 7am the day after auction close so that we can exclude your card from processing and add your shipping charges to your Equip-Bid invoice.  If you do not mark Request Shipping prior to that time or you pay your equip-bid invoice before we can add shipping, we will have to work with you for payment of shipping outside of the system, we will text you with payment options. See Shipping tab for more information.  $3 handling fee for non-breakables and $5 handling fee for breakables/glassware - handling fees apply per box!  We try to consolidate items into the lowest number of boxes keeping in mind safety of the items during shipping and to keep oversized package charges down.  Handling fees are on top of actual shipping costs! 

If you default card payment fails, or you are electing to Pay Onsite we accept CASH in EXACT change (change is not guaranteed to be on hand), as well as credit cards directly on-site.  All payments over $2,000 must be made in Cash, Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer. 

No admin fees apply to this auction.

Wednesday 5/27/2026 -9:00am to 6:30pm 

Please do not bid if you cannot make the pick up times!  No late pickup for this auction without prior arrangements before end of day of the pick up schedule!  We will be cleaning out the warehouse fast after this sale, all non-picked up items for this auction will be donated the following business day unless other arrangements were already made. 

Bring appropriate help, tools or equipment for removal of heavy items or furniture!  We used to assist with heavy items, but we can no longer help.  Please bring help when needed!!
