Saturday and the following week through Wednesday, please call to schedule a pickup time.
All items must be removed during the scheduled load-out dates unless prior arrangements have been approved.
No exceptions will be made for late pickups without prior approval.
Buyers have up to 10 days to remove items unless other arrangements have been approved.
Pickup extensions may be available but must be requested within 3 days of auction closing.
We will NOT accommodate container loading during load-out week. Container loading services will resume the following week.
Failure to schedule a pickup appointment in advance may result in a $50 loading fee.
Forklifts are available for loading assistance as a courtesy.
Please allow additional time during peak load-out periods.
Oz Deals / Equip-Bid is not responsible for any damage that may occur during loading.
Buyers are responsible for securing all loads.
Unsafe trailers may be refused.
Load-out staff will not unload and reload items.
Large or specialty items may require special arrangements.

Buyers are responsible for bringing the proper trailer, vehicle, equipment, straps, and tie-downs. Forklift and load-out assistance may be provided as a courtesy; however, buyers are solely responsible for securing their loads.
Unsafe trailers or loading situations may be refused.
Certain oversized or specialty items, including containers, buildings, and homes, may require additional coordination and special removal arrangements.
Any item not removed within 21 days of auction close will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved. No refunds will be issued for abandoned or unclaimed items.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Equip-Bid. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:
- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.
- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by Equip-Bid.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.
Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Oz Deals, contact us at support@equip-bid.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Equip-Bid and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid
