All items from this auction MUST be picked up by the FINAL PICKUP DATE listed in the auction title. If you are unable to pick up by the date listed, you must text or e-mail BEFORE WE CLOSE ON FRIDAY and include your BIDDER ID AND LOT NUMBER in the message.
ITEMS WHICH ARE HELD INCUR A $10 FEE UPON PICKUP, REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS FOR PICKUP, AND WILL BE HELD FOR NO LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS PAST THE LAST PICKUP DAY LISTED IN THE AUCTION. ITEMS WHICH ARE HELD LONGER THAN THAT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Item appears to be in new condition. They may or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected, although there may be cosmetic blemishes. We inspect for the following:
• Does not appear to have been pre-owned
• Item is complete enough to run/work as needed
• Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional

Open Box Untested Unknown Condition represents items in used or untested condition. Pictures of anything to note will be provided and listed in the description. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is.

These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don't test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. Damaged items cannot be returned, sold as is.

GENERAL TERMS
Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as an offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. To schedule an inspection, you must contact us during our business hours a minimum of 24 HOURS before the auction closes. If you are unable to schedule an in-person inspection, we inspect the item(s) for you and answer your questions to the best of our ability.
Stock photos: Stock photos are for example purposes only. All bids should be based on the actual product photos, not the stock photo.
Inspection: All inspections are scheduled by appointment only.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of Credit Card or cash—exact change or Rounded up (0.50 - $1) is required when making payment. Invoices over $10,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash or a cashier's check. Exact change or Rounded up is required on cash payments (no cash/change is kept onsite).
Payment onsite is accepted at this location. Any payments made on-site by card will include a 3% fee to cover the rising cost of card transactions.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: All tax exempt purchasers must notify Spring Hill Wholesale LLC and provide current Reseller's certificates from the state of Kansas. Bidders must immediately notify Spring Hill Wholesale LLC if the tax status changes, and bidders are responsible to remit taxes if they fail to pay taxes to Spring Hill Wholesale LLC, but they are legally responsible to pay tax on a purchase. For tax exempt bidders, please send documentation to springhillwholesalekc@gmail.com and include your name and bidder number for tax to be removed from future invoices. It will not be removed from past/prior invoices.
Liability: Spring Hill Wholesale LLC, its members' and employees' liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
