This is an estate sale picking up from our client's home. Winning bidders will be given the address at the close of the auction. At the end of the auction we must remove everything from the site. If you cannot pickup please call us and advise. If you purchased small items we will happily hold those at our office. We cannot keep large items on hold as space is limited. Per our contract with our Client's all remaining posted items are required to be disposed of or donated at the end of the auction so please ensure you make pickup or call. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call the affiliate at 913-486-5394 to schedule an inspection time within the provided hours below.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location except for any lot storage and/org handling fee when this arrangement has been made with This & That KC, LLC. If removal is at any other location, payment must be made prior to, and a Paid in Full invoice must be presented when picking up.
If This & That KC, LLC is required to transport any lot to another location for loadout, a $5.00/lot fee will be charged as cash or via PayPal at the time the lot(s) are picked up by the buyer. All alternative laodout arrangements must be made within 24 hours of the auction closing and must. be paid by cash or via PayPal.
Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. No refunds will be given if pick-up times are missed. Utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can be made by calling 913-486-5394. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with This & That KC, LLC, contact us at 913-486-5934. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: This & That KC, LLC's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
