PRODUCT LEVELS / CONDITIONS:
Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We have not checked for function / internal damage as items are sealed. Items are only eligible for Returns IF you contact us at 402-413-2828 within 48 hours of your pick up or the last scheduled removal day -whichever comes first.
Appears New: These items look to be in new condition, not used. We inspect for &/or note the following as possible:
Open Box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, may or may not be tested; could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not necessarily tested. Open Box items may not be returned, SOLD AS-IS. No Refunds.
Damaged: These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don't necessarily test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken, also may be incomplete / missing items. No Refunds. You are strongly encouraged to come view Damaged items during Inspection Hours which for this auction are Monday & Tuesday from 11:00am-5:30pm.
Additionally, please note:
Items that are only missing hardware (bolts, screws, etc. that can be replaced by a trip to the hardware store or ordered) are excluded from refunds
Unmarked: Any unmarked items should be considered "open box or damaged".
Powers on: Means it was plugged in, and it powered up. You should still refer to the above condition descriptions of the item. We do not guarantee that power on equates to properly or fully functional.

Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Call the affiliate at 402-413-2828 to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) day of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and you have not received an email or the invoice is not shown on your dashboard, contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. No other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with PrimeTime Auction, contact us at 402-413-2828. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: PrimeTime Auction‘s liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.

Email us for Shipping- marking Shipping on your Invoice is NOT enough- EMAIL US & we'll pull your items for dimensions/weight & get you a $ for USPS Ground Advantage Shipping. We'll then send you a secure Checkout link to purchase your shipping. Once we receive your shipping payment, we'll get your items out to you usually same day or next day. Shipping starts as low as $6 for small lightweight items.
Card on file will be charged at the end of auction. Alternate arrangements must be made PRIOR to the auction close. Any cash payments should be exact change. ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
We are located at the Northwest Corner of 11th & Cornhusker Hwy in the Belmont Shopping Plaza, Lincoln NE. When headed North on 11th, as you turn into the Shopping Plaza you should see Ace Rent-to-Own. We are in the same building on the other (west) end, door facing South. We are ONLY OPEN MONDAYS through THURSDAYS. WE ARE CLOSED FRIDAYS / SATURDAYS / SUNDAYS. Please do not stop by on our closed days expecting to pickup your items outside of our scheuduled removal days as we will likely not be here. We don't want you to waste a trip. :)
