New in box, never used, original product, in original box. Being “new”, we have not checked its condition or functionality.

Appears New:
Item appears to be in new condition (although may have been used by the previous owner). The item might not be in the original box but should work as expected (although there may be cosmetic blemishes).
Please inspect/test before you leave. There are no refunds after leaving with your item(s). If your item cannot be checked/tested before you leave, you have one day to let us know if there is something wrong. Please contact us with your bidder number, item name, lot number and what is wrong with the item.
Open Box:
Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, heavily pre-owned, looks new but cannot validate condition or functionality (missing parts).
Please contact us for an inspection appointment before you bid, if you are unsure about bidding on an item.
Open Box items may not be returned (sold as is).
Damaged:
These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. These could be items never used or previously owned, such as a desk that has a damaged corner because the box was dropped, or a set of drinkware/flatware that has a cracked or broken piece.
We encourage you to inspect any damaged item so there is no misunderstand when you pick up the item.
Damaged items may not be returned (sold as is).

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.
Handling Surcharge: A minimum $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won to offset elevated freight and processing costs.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspections. To schedule an inspection, send an email to 2ndChanceCustomer@gmail.com (with subject line, Inspection Request and include the auction end date and lot number) with your available days and times and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, Paypal and Venmo. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.
If you fail to pick up your won items or request a hold by the last pick day, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Schedule online for pickup date and times available. If you feel you have won an item and you have not received an email or the invoice is not shown on your dashboard, contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was listed as FACTORY SEALED or LOOKS NEW, you are eligible to apply for a refund. No other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Liability: 2nd Chance’s liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
