Bidding
If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. Bidding Is Intent to Purchase. You Are Legally Bound to Pay for Items Won & To Pick Up Items During Pickup Times. All Items Are Sold As-Is, Where-Is, On Location.
Inspection and Refunds
We offer Inspection. No warranty is expressed or implied. There Are No Refunds. We do our very best to picture and describe items and to indicate any damage when observed. No Assumptions Should Be Made About the Details and Condition of Items. It Is the BUYERS Responsibility to Do Their Research on The Items Prior To Bidding.
We Encourage You to schedule a time to inspect items you are interested in. Call Michelle at 316-258-1925 to schedule. We will not answer questions about lots over the phone.
Payment
The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction.
If your payment is declined for any reason, you will need to pay in cash upon pick up. Please bring correct change as we do not keep on the premises. If you bid, win, and fail to pay by the end of the Pick-Up, you will be automatically reported as a No-Show / No-Pay Bidder and your bidding privileges will be suspended with Equip-Bid.
Surcharge
An automatic $1.00 fee will be added to all lots won at the end of the auction.
Tax-Exempt Purchases
Tax-Exempt Status is not stored with your Equip-Bid Account. If this is your first Tax-Exempt purchase with Finders Keepers, contact us at 316-258-1925, and email a copy of your Tax- Exempt Certificate to michellemolletti@gmail.com. If you are charged tax, a refund will be issued to you.
Liability / Limitations
Finders Keepers Liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price. The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.

Pick-Up
By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you do not to pick up your won items within the scheduled time-frame a $5 per day fee will need to be paid in cash upon at the time of pick-up. Once a Bidder/Buyer has paid for items, the items become the property of the winning Bidder/Buyer and Bidder/Buyer assumes all risk of loss and/or damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
