1. Pickup Policy

Pickup Hours: All items must be picked up at our designated location during the pickup days/times following the auction's close:

 

Thursday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

 

Attention Bidders - Scheduling is NOT required for this auction. You are welcome to pick up your items any time during the published Removal Date/Time window shown on this page. Simply bring your paid invoice to the auction address during these hours - no appointment necessary.

 

Settlement: All invoices must be paid in full before items can be released.

2. Late & Abandoned Items

Deadline: All items must be collected by end of the last pickup day.

 

Late Pickup Requests: If you require a late pickup, you must email Agent86Help@gmail.com with your Name and Bidder Number before the end of the last  pickup day. Approved late pickups are subject to a $15 Late Pickup Fee, payable via cash or card at the time of pickup.

 

Abandoned Property: Any items not picked up by the end of the last pickup day deadline, without a pre-arranged and approved late pickup, will be considered abandoned. Items are forfeited without refund and will be relisted. The bidder's account will be marked as a "No Show," which may affect future bidding privileges.

3. "It Works or Your Money Back" Guarantee

Agent 86 Auction offers a guarantee on the functionality of items we list, unless the lot description specifically states "Sold As-Is."

 

This Guarantee Covers: Basic functionality only.

This Guarantee DOES NOT Cover: Color, size, completeness, missing hardware (nuts, bolts, washers), or the presence of an owner's manual.

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, non-functional, or missing key pieces not disclosed in the listing, you may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Refund Request Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted via email to Agent86Help@gmail.com. For auctions ending on Sunday through Wednesday, refund requests must be submitted no later than 6:00 PM on the Friday following the end of the auction. If the auction ends on a Thursday or Friday, refund requests must be submitted no later than 8:00 AM on the Monday following the end of the auction. We do not accept refund requests via phone call or text message.

 

Required Information: Your email must include:

A PDF copy of your invoice.

The specific lot number(s) you are requesting a refund for.

A detailed description of the issue.

 

Item Return Deadline: If your refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned to our store between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the Wednesday following the refund approval, or a pre-approved alternative date. Returns are only accepted during this timeframe unless an alternative appointment has been pre-approved.

 

Policy Voidance: Failure to follow this policy exactly, including the email-only communication and return deadlines, will void your refund eligibility.

5. Handling Surcharge

An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to each lot won. This fee helps offset elevated freight and processing costs.

Inspection: This auction DOES NOT offer scheduled inspection dates. EMAIL the affiliate at Agent86help@gmail.com to schedule an inspection time upon request or schedule an appointment online from the details tab.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, check, or wire transfer. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change is required on cash payments. 

If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. 

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, without a pre-arranged and approved late pickup, will be considered abandoned. Items are forfeited without refund and will be relisted. The bidder's account will be marked as a "No Show," which may affect future bidding privileges. Items can be held up to 5 days upon request from the bidder for a $15.00 late pick-up fee. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
