Pickup & Shipping No shipping; all items are Pickup only. Pickup location will be included in each auction, within the stated window. Unclaimed items may be forfeited without refund within 7 days of the auction if we don't hear from you.
Changes We may modify terms, withdraw items, or cancel auctions as needed.
Inspection and Refunds We offer Inspection. No warranty is expressed or implied. We do our very best to picture and describe items and to indicate any damage when observed. No Assumptions Should Be Made About the Details and Condition of Items. It Is the BUYERS Responsibility to Do Their Research on The Items Prior To Bidding. We Encourage You to schedule a time to inspect items you are interested in.
Payment The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Payment must be made within 48 hours. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will need to pay in cash upon pick up. Please bring correct change as we do not keep on the premises. If you bid, win, and fail to pay by the end of the Pick-Up with no communication, you will forfeit your items.
Tax-Exempt Purchases Tax-Exempt Status is not stored with your Equip-Bid Account. Contact us to send your Tax- Exempt Certificate.
Liability / Limitations Liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Disputes Our auction house resolves all disputes, and our decisions are final.
