Abandoned Items:
Any items not picked up within 7 days after the final removal date will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the discretion of Grit Auctions without refund or compensation to the buyer.

If Grit Auctions assists with loading, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your property, vehicle, trailer, or purchased items during load-out.

Failure to complete payment and pick-up within seven (7) days of the auction close will result in a Service Fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the total invoice amount. If the Service Fee or any outstanding balance remains unpaid, GRIT Auctions may engage a third-party collection agency, and the delinquency may be reported to credit bureaus. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees, costs, or charges associated with the collection of the outstanding balance.
