We thank you all so much for bidding with us! We appreciate all of you! By Bidding on Any Big Deal Auctions' Auction, You’re Agreeing to the Following: Standard pick-up times: Tues/Wed/Thurs 12-6p. (Holidays/Weather may affect these hours)    

If you are unable to pick up your item(s) within the time frame listed please email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com by 8p.m. on the Sunday after auction close. We will then hold your invoice to be picked up during our standard pick up hours the following week. Items not picked up within this window are forfeited with no refund.     

  ***IMPORTANT***   

When picking up at our location:

-Bring your printed invoice (or) have your name, bidder ID, number of items bought, and auction close date ready. 

-If your item is large, more than 50 lbs (or more than you can carry) please bring additional help to load. These items can also be picked up by setting up an appointment with us, outside of pickup hours, so a moving vehicle can pull into the loading dock area.    

 

1.Stock Photos- The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however it gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our team does a great job of notating the quality of items and if they see any damage. If the product looks different than stock photo please go off of the product seen in photos or call/text Riley if you have questions. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen.    

2.  Damaged Items- We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Please view items marked open box/damage during inspection times. We may not document/see all damage to items.     

3. . Your card on File will be charged the morning after the auctions closes between 8-10AM. If you are tax exempt, call and notify Riley. An email of your tax exempt form is required before your first visit to Big Deal Auctions (bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com), if you want to qualify for tax exemption.    

4. Inspections are appointments only, but are encouraged. To schedule an appointment please email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com.     

 

Refund Policy:

We guarantee functionality of all factory sealed, appears new, and open box items!

Please email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com with refund requests.

This guarantee does not extend to missing hardware/parts or cosmetic condition and is for functionality only.

Bidders have 48hrs from picking up the item to submit a refund request and 7 days, from when the item is picked up, to return the item.    

 

Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box.  We stand behind the listing as described.  Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage.  You may inspect/test before you leave. Eligible to apply for a refund if the item is non-functional.     

Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used.  They may, or may not be in the original box.  They should work as expected.  We inspect for the following:   Does not appear to have been previously used Item is complete enough to run / work as needed Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional Eligible to apply for a refund if the item is non-functional  

Open box:  Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, used, new but not verified for condition. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours. Call if you have questions. We do our best to test every item to see if they power on!    

Damaged:  These items have known damage.  We will do our best to describe / picture the damage.  We don’t test for functionality.  These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used.  Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours.  Call if you have questions. Damaged items can not be returned, sold as is.    

Incomplete: These items appear to be missing parts. Please review all photos to determine what is included. If you have questions about if something is missing/included please reach out. Incomplete items are not eligible for refunds.   *We do not give refunds for missing hardware   

To apply for a refund email with your name/bidder number, item number, date of auction, and the reason you’re applying for a refund. Refer to the Refund section in our terms for more information.                                                                   

We are not responsible for wrong or mistaken bidding. Please ensure you read the descriptions thoroughly and look at ALL photos. We use factory and/or stock photos for representation purposes ONLY.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. Please email Riley at bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged between 8-10p.m. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on site is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Standard pick-up times are Tuesday through Thursday 12p to 6p. Holidays/weather may affect these hours. Your item(s) need to be picked up by the Friday after the auction closes. If pickup outside of the allotted time is needed please email Riley to work out a pickup time. 

If you fail to pick up the items you’ve won within the above time frame, items will be forfeited and returned back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether or not you have picked up the items.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify the Equip-Bid office by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close. 

Refunds: If you receive an open box, appears new, or factory sealed item that is non functional you are eligible to apply for a refund. We guarantee functionality of all factory sealed, appears new, and open box items! Please email bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com with refund requests. This guarantee does not extend to missing hardware/parts or cosmetic condition and is for functionality only.  Otherwise no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Bidders have 48hrs from picking up the item to submit a refund request and 7 days, from when the item is picked up, to return the item. Photos are considered to be part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of the condition level.  All refund requests must be submitted within 48hrs of having picked up the item. Only single-item lots are eligible for refunds. Multiple item lots are not eligible for a refund. Multiple item lots are sold "As Is". Once the refund request is approved the item must be returned within 7 days of when item was picked up. “Factory Sealed” and “Appears new” items must be returned in boxed “Appears new” condition or you will be charged a $5 restocking fee. Please note that refunds are processed within 2 business days but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Big Deal Auctions LLC, contact us via email at bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com before the auction closes, otherwise the card on file will be charged. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.

If you are tax exempt please send us your paper work the night before pickup or bring a copy of the paperwork for us to keep (bigdealauctions.help@gmail.com).

If you are not tax exempt, please pay online BEFORE you come to pick up your invoices.

Please schedule a pickup appointment after the auction closes. This helps us prepare your items in advance and serve you more efficiently.   If you've won items from multiple auctions, you only need to schedule one appointment.
