1. Binding Agreement
All bids are legally binding under state law. By bidding, you agree to these terms and those of Equip-Bid. Do not bid if you can't meet payment or pickup requirements.
2. Bidder Responsibility
It is your responsibility to read all item descriptions and view provided photos. All items are sold as-is, and all bids are final. No bid retractions.
3. Payment Terms
Your default credit card will be charged at 9:00 AM the day after the auction ends. If the card is declined, you must pay before picking up items.
No onsite payments.
Invoices over $2,000 must be paid via cash, wire, or cashier’s check (exact change required for cash).
Unpaid or unclaimed items may result in late fees, forfeiture, or permanent account suspension. Fraudulent bidding (e.g., opening a new account) will incur a $50 fee.
4. Pickup Policy
Pickup is required during the scheduled time. If you cannot pick up your items, do not bid.
Items not picked up within 7 calendar days are considered abandoned and will be forfeited.

Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates. See inspection dates and times below and call the affiliate at 816-830-5357 to schedule an inspection time upon request.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account may be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.
Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. We do not allow multiple forms of payment unless you receive prior written consent from Equip-Bid. An email will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction has closed with payment instructions.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. By bidding on this auction, you have agreed to the following:
- All funds paid towards items you have forfeited are not subject to a chargeback.
- Items that are forfeit cannot be picked up at a later date unless the bidder is notified by WizeBuyz.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Bidders (or agents working on the bidders' behalf) removing items from the property are liable for any and all damages they cause while removing items.
Shipping: Shipping may or may not be available on this auction. Please review the shipping tab of this auction prior to bidding if shipping to you would be necessary.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is in a different condition that it was listed in the description/photos, you are eligible to apply for a refund. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. Please utilize offered inspection times to view items. Inspection appointments can also be made by calling/texting the auction coordinator listed on the auction. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with WizeBuyz, contact us at wizebuyzsurplus@gmail.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability: Wizebuyz's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
The following conditions must be met to have your items delivered to you
1. You must live in one of the listed zip codes & city associated with listed zip code
2. Your delivery address must match the address associated with your equip-bid account
3. Your invoice must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery
4. There must be telephone communication prior to delivery so both parties are aware of incoming delivery (816) 988-6517
5. There will be a $10 delivery fee per invoice (paid upon delivery)
6. Delivery should be considered a secondary option if you are unable to pick up your items.
7. After negotiating a delivery date, the delivery shall happen immediately after our warehouse closes for the day (typically after 2:00pm) on the specified date.
PLEASE NOTE, that any large, bulky, or heavy items are not eligible for delivery and must be picked up from our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE, refunds will not be given for mistaken bids in which you were anticipating a delivery.
PLEASE NOTE, deliveries will not be made in the event of inclement weather, holidays, or days in which Wizebuyz is closed for business.
