If you are unable to pick up by your last eligible pick up day, all paid for items will automatically be hold for a total of 7 calendar days from the first eligible pick up day for a $5 late fee PER invoice. If you have any questions or need a hold beyond the automatic week, you must email us at support@sunflowerbidhouse.com BEFORE the final day of the hold period.
You must include your bidder ID# and item lot #'s you won, and we will hold for an additional $5 fee per invoice for one more week. Otherwise, you must pick up items on Monday–Wednesday. Items not claimed or requested for hold beyond that first automatic week are forfeited and no refunds will be given.
You must pay for winning items within 48 hours of auction end. Items not paid for within 48 hours are subject to forfeit and no-show status. If you receive a no-show for any reason, your account will be suspended and we will require full payment plus a $5 late fee to bring the account current. We will automatically mark any future open invoices as a no-show if they remain open and unpaid 48 hours after the close of the auction.
We have a 48-hour return policy on all factory sealed and appears new items if there is an issue with the item. Just contact us within 48 hours from pickup to claim a full refund. You must email support@sunflowerbidhouse.com within 48 hours of pickup time to make your claim. After claim, you have 3 business days to return the item. After 48 hours, you may not claim a refund. If after 3 business days you have not returned the item, no refund is allowed.
Please note our item condition explanations:
Factory Sealed – Item is new in box, never used, original product in the original box. Being new, we have not checked contents for function or damage. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.
Appears New – Item appears to be in new condition, not used. Item may or may not be in original box. Item should work as expected. We inspect that it is not pre-owned and complete. Box may be damaged, but contents are functional. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.
Open Box – Items in this category may vary in condition and can include lightly used, “Used – Good Condition”, or heavily used products. They may have been opened, handled, or returned to a retailer. Some items might show minor signs of previous use or assembly, and hardware or accessories could be missing. Items are generally still clean and functional but not tested for full performance. Sold as-is, and no returns are accepted on Open Box items. Please refer to lot details and picturs for full condition and disclosures.
Open Box Powers On – Same condition as open box, but we have verified that the item does power on. Unknown if item works completely. No returns allowed on Open Box Powers On.
Damaged – see photos. Item may be new, but have known damage. Damage is always photographed for your review prior to bidding. Could be scratch/dent only, could be as-is and not functional. No returns allowed on damage labeled items.
A $1.00 handling fee per item has been added to all auction items.

ORDER PICKUP / REMOVAL TERMS
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding on a Sunflower Bid House auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the pickup timeframe listed on the Details tab, the items will be forfeited and ownership will revert to the seller with no refund given. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Pickup Days/Times: Our standard pickup days are Monday through Saturday with your specific days and times listed on your invoice (subject to change due to inclement weather/holiday/unforeseen circumstance). There are NO pickups on Sunday and major Holidays. Bidders are allotted three (3) pickup days after the auction close date to pick-up items.
No Courier Pickups Allowed: Sunflower Bid House does not permit any courier service to pickup products. This does not apply to spouses, family and friends who pickup items and are personally known by you as a bidder. Sunflower Bid House reserves the right to request government issued ID and to see the card that was used to pay for the invoice. Please expect to produce these items for any large purchases if you are not a regular Sunflower Bid House bidder.
Late Pickup/Holds: If you are unable to pick up by your last eligible pickup day, all PAID items will automatically be held for a total of 7 calendar days from the first eligible pickup day for a $5 late fee PER INVOICE. If you need a hold beyond the automatic hold period, you must email
support@sunflowerbidhouse.com BEFORE the final day of the automatic hold period.

Items not picked up or not properly requested for hold beyond the automatic hold period are forfeited with NO REFUND.
Missing Items: With selling 5000 plus items a month, occassionally we are unable to locate an item. We will always have multiple team members looking for every item, but from time-to-time products still elude us. We reserve the right to continue to look for the item for 2 business days. If the item is found, the item will be held for up to two weeks for the buyer to return to the warehouse to pick up on any standard pickup day/time. No, we do not pay for your time or gas, but we are happy to hold the item as mentioned for up to two weeks. If the item is not found, you will receive a full refund for the item.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Shipping: Shipping is available for most items sold by Sunflower Bid House and at the buyer's expense. Please see shipping terms for full shipping details.
RETURN REQUESTS
All items are considered to be "Open Box" unless otherwise listed. Our product listing team will make every effort to document the condition through pictures and/or descriptions. Ultimately, we know we are imperfect and, with the number of products listed, there will occasionally be items that need to be returned.
Return Eligible: We have a 48-hour return policy on all factory sealed and appears new items if there is an issue with the item. Just contact us within 48 hours from pickup to claim a full refund. You must email support@sunflowerbidhouse.com within 48 hours of pickup time to make your claim. After claim, you have 3 business days to return the item. After 48 hours, you may not claim a refund. If after 3 business days you have not returned the item, no refund is allowed. Buyer's remorse, cosmetic issues (dents/dings/prior ownership), color or size preferences and other reasons are not included in the product guarantee. This refund policy is subject to change at any point without prior notice.
Return Window: The email you receive will have return instructions for your item including the days and times when items can be returned. All items must be returned to the warehouse within 10 days of the close of the auction. No returns are accepted after that time. Any item left at the warehouse, whether dropped off or given to a team member, will be considered forfeited and it will be disposed of - NOT REFUNDED. We only have 2 weeks from the close of an auction to process all refunds. After that time, we are unable to assist with a refund - THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
GENERAL TERMS
Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as on offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.
Stock photos: Stock photos are for example purposes only. All bids should be based off of the actual product photos, not the stock photo.
Inspection: This auction does offer scheduled inspection dates.
Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash—exact change preffered, or card with a 2% up charge when making payment. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash or a cashier's check. All winning items must be paid within 48 hours of auction close. Items not paid within 48 hours are subject to forfeit and no-show status. Any bidder receiving a no-show will have their account suspended. To reinstate the account, full payment plus a $5 late fee is required. Any future open invoices remaining unpaid 48 hours after auction close will be automatically marked as no-shows.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: All tax exempt purchasers must notify Sunflower Bid House and provide current Reseller's certificates from the state of Kansas. Bidders must immediately notify Sunflower Bid House if the tax status changes, and bidders are responsible to remit taxes if they fail to pay taxes to Sunflower Bid House, but they are legally responsible to pay tax on a purchase. For tax exempt bidders, please send documentation to contact@aircapitalauctions and include your name and bidder number for tax to be removed from future invoices. It will not be removed from past/prior invoices.
Liability: Sunflower Bid House, its member's and employee's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
User Information: By bidding on this auction, you are becoming a Sunflower Bid House customer. Sunflower Bid House is a distinct company from Equip-Bid. By bidding, you are agreeing that Sunflower Bid House may use your email and phone number to communicate about orders, pickup times, reservations, promotions, sales, and other communications.
This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Shipping requests may be submitted only after your auction has closed and your invoice has been paid in full. Once we receive your request, our team will prepare a shipping quote based on the size, weight, dimensions, materials required, and destination of your item(s).
All shipping quotes are valid for 24 hours.
Failure to pay within 24 hours may result in a higher shipping cost due to carrier price changes or additional handling requirements.
We ship through USPS or UPS, and most packages arrive within 3–5 business days from the time the carrier receives the shipment. Items over 20 pounds or items requiring special packaging may incur an additional handling fee.
A tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped. Signature confirmation is required unless you request otherwise in writing. Once the carrier picks up your package, Sunflower Bid House considers the item delivered. Sunflower Bid House is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.
Shipping costs vary widely depending on size, weight, fragility, packaging needs, and destination. Costs may range from $12 to $100+ per package. Please consider these potential shipping expenses prior to bidding.
If you request shipping and receive a quote but later decide to pick up your item(s) in person instead, a $5 handling fee per invoice will be charged. This fee covers the labor and materials used to prepare your shipment before cancellation.
Please note:
Shipping costs may exceed the value of the items purchased. No refunds will be issued because shipping costs are higher than expected. Bidders are responsible for understanding and accepting potential shipping costs before placing bids.
Due to a large number of payment issues, we do not accept "Pay Onsite". All invoices MUST be paid with 48 hours of auction close. Any invoices paid in person will result in a 2% upcharge or $5 fee, whichever is greater.
While Equip Bid is requireing appointments for removal, we are not enforcing the appointments at this time and bidders do not need to contact us to reschedule if you miss your appointment time. Bidders may come at anytime during our normal pick days and times to retreive their itmes.
