Handling Fee:

An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as an offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.

Inspection: June 25th - June 26th ; 11am - 5pm ; OR by appointment for an earlier date!

Payment: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of exact cash or card. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-UpPickup dates - June 30th - July 2nd & July 7th - July 9th ; 11am - 5pm Central. Please contact Tanner or Chris to confirm a pickup date and time!! 

If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. If you are unable to pick up your items within that standard loadout times and did not contact Tanner or Chris (Contact info provided), items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from the original auction closing date.

Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their order/invoice, it becomes the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage or missing items from that point forward.

Please come PREPARED to pick up your item(s). This means knowing your bidder ID, having a large enough vehicle / proper equipment, and parking with courtesy. Be cognizant of the size and/or quantity of items you are picking up and BRING A HELPER if you have accumulated multiple invoices or have a large/heavy item.

If assistance from our staff is needed, we are not liable for any damage to the item(s) or the vehicle used. No refunds will be given if an item(s) is damaged during an assisted load-out.

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, items will be forfeited and return back to auction. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

RefundsAll refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). Email requests should be sent to Tanner@peakauctionco.com. If your request is approved, the item(s) must be returned WITHIN 2 business days (unless we have discussed otherwise) after the refund request was approved BEFORE a refund is issued; otherwise, no refund will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases: Peak Auction Company will accept FULLY VERIFIED TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATES. Tax Exempt customers will need to email all appropriate information and copy of Certificate to Tanner@peakauctionco.com. after end of auction. After acceptance of Certificate, Customer will be refunded to the qualified exemption.

Liability: Peak Auction Company liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.

Limitations: The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
