Most items are brand new / no reserve (unless listed) and located in Edmond, OK. All items are on the ground and can be inspected prior to the auction end date. Come on by during business hours. Auction Preview / Pick-Up / Load-Out
Preview Dates: April 10 through April 24 — Monday through Friday only, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Load-Out: April 28 and 29. All lots must be paid in full by April 30. Cashier's Checks or Bank Wires will be accepted.
Pickup by appointment only. Time slots available between 10:00 AM – 5:45 PM. If you arrive after 5:45 PM, we cannot guarantee we will be open to load you out. You may have to return the next day. Sign up for your appointment on Bidder Dashboard or via the link on the invoice you will receive once the auction ends.

Please Note:
Scheduling your pickup is required. When you receive your invoice on Bidder Dashboard, there will be a button to sign up for a time slot and day. Please use this for scheduling — do not call or text for load-out appointments. Appointments get priority over walk-ins, meaning faster in and out for you. Walk-ins may experience long delays or be turned away.

[Sold "AS-IS"]: All products are sold in their current condition without warranties, guarantees, or returns.
[Condition Disclosure]: Products may have defects or wear not pictured or disclosed. We strive to disclose known issues, but we cannot guarantee all conditions are identified. Review descriptions carefully and inspect items prior to bidding. Some pictures may be general "model" photos and not your specific item. Please inspect your desired item before bidding.
[Final Sale]: All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be provided. Damage or theft of items after the auction closes is not the responsibility of Red Stag Auctions.
[Inspection]: Inspect products before purchase when possible. Placing a bid confirms satisfaction with the as-is condition.
Color Choice: For some items such as mini golf carts, tuk tuks and other items, they may vary in color and may not be exactly like the item pictured in the lot description or number. Colors are given out based on a first come first serve basis. You have the choice of what color you want based on what is available at the time of item payment and pickup. We cannot hold colors for you.
All materials are loaded with a forklift. If your trailer has permanent side rails that prevent materials from being set onto it, we reserve the right to refuse loading for safety reasons. No exceptions.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during load-out(s).
Please bring the correct trailer size and legal capacity for what you are purchasing. Red Stag Auctions is not responsible for tickets, damage, accidents, or other issues related to your transportation of items. Once loaded, you make the final call — Red Stag Auctions has no liability for your decisions regarding transportation or load securement. We do not assist in securing your cargo; that is your responsibility.

For purchase amounts above $2,000, the credit card on file may be charged a $1,000 deposit after the auction ends. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice and is non-refundable. If the bidder does not complete full payment within the timeframes allowed, the deposit will be forfeited.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state of Oklahoma. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms. Do not bid if you do not have funds available for purchase. Do not bid over $2,000 if you plan on paying by credit or debit card. Payment: The default credit card on file will be charged at auction close and a 3.5% credit card fee will be imposed, unless you notify Red Stag Auctions at redstagauctions@gmail.com or 405-822-7328 prior to auction close stating you will pay by cash, cashier's check, or wire. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment on-site with methods other than cash or cashier's check is NOT accepted at this location. Invoices over $2,000 cannot be paid by the credit card on file — you must pay by cash, wire, or cashier's check. If paying by cashier's check, make it out to RED STAG AUCTIONS.
Exact change is required on cash payments.
If you, as the winning bidder, do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of non-payment or failure to retrieve items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up items during scheduled times, contact Red Stag Auctions at 405-822-7328 before bidding. By bidding, you are legally bound to pay for all won items and to remove them from the auction location.
If items are not picked up within 7 days of auction close without prior approval from Red Stag Auctions, items will be forfeited with no refund and resold. If you do not remove your items during the scheduled removal dates without prior approval, you may be charged a $25 holding fee. After 7 days, items may be resold with no refund. All invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal regardless of any agreed-upon storage arrangements. You are still liable for payment and will be charged at the default credit card on file, whether or not you have picked up the items.
Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the buyer's property. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you believe you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify Red Stag Auctions by email or phone no later than noon the day following the auction close.
Refunds: No refunds will be given. There is no expressed or implied warranty on items. Photos are considered part of the description. Refunds will not be granted for missing hardware regardless of condition level.
Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate — tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. Submit to redstagauctions@gmail.com after each auction.
Vehicles: Vehicles will be charged a 4.5% tax rate unless the buyer is an Oklahoma resident, in which case it will be 0% (you will pay at the tag agency). Insurance verification must be placed on the vehicle at auction close.
Condition of Items: All items are AS-IS with no warranties implied or offered. It is your responsibility to inspect items before bidding through our inspection options. Some items may have been used, started, ridden, driven, or moved for marketing, inspection, moving, auction use, or other purposes during the auction. Most items are stored outside and may be dirty, weathered, or have been exposed to rain. Items may also be muddy from being moved on a dirt pad. Some items may have scratches, dents, or other damage not shown in pictures. Most of the time, pictures are not of the specific lot being auctioned — they may be "stock" photos. It is your responsibility to verify all statements, descriptions, models, and accessories for each lot before bidding. All items are not tested; it is your responsibility to inspect and test items before bidding. Some statements made by the auction company may be opinions — please verify for yourself before bidding.
Limitations: The above-stated terms cannot be altered except in writing by Red Stag Auctions. Descriptions given are to the best of Red Stag Auctions' knowledge and/or have been supplied by the consignor selling the items. No warranties follow the item upon being sold. If you are not sure the item will fit your application, schedule an inspection or do not bid. Venue for litigation is Oklahoma County.
At this time, no shipping is offered by Red Stag Auctions. We will work with you or a third party shipping company to expedite the process of picking up but do not offer any services ourselves other than help with loading at our site.
If the buyer desires to have items shipped, all shipping logistics and costs are at the expense of the buyer
Purchases must be paid for within the terms specified at auction end. Payment not made by this time may result in forfeiture of your items, which can then be resold in another auction. By placing a bid, you are entering a legal contract. Legal action can be taken if you fail to complete the transaction. Venue is Oklahoma County. You can be sued for the bid amount plus all fees associated with the suit. DO NOT BID if you do not intend to complete the transaction. If you do not have funds secured prior to auction end, DO NOT BID. We will not wait for you to secure a loan — if payment cannot be completed within 7 business days of auction end, items will be forfeited.
We only accept credit cards for amounts under $2,000. Wires, cashier's checks, and cash are acceptable methods of payment for any amount and are required for amounts over $2,000. Wires must be sent to RED STAG AUCTIONS only — DO NOT WIRE EQUIP-BID or another EQUIP-BID auctioneer. You are purchasing items from Red Stag Auctions, located in Edmond, Oklahoma.
